I searched for a suitable gym for a long time and decided on ATOM. I've never regretted it! This is a place where you really want to come after work. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff — the guys are very friendly, always welcome with a smile and are ready to help with any question. It feels like it's important for them to make their clients feel comfortable. The coaches here are not just watching from the sidelines, but very responsive. If they see that the girl is having difficulty with the exercise, they will definitely come up, prompt, correct the technique. No indifference. As for the equipment, everything is top—notch. The simulators are modern, serviceable, and have everything you need for a full-fledged workout. The hall is clean, bright and pleasant to be in. I definitely recommend ATOM to anyone who wants to practice with comfort and results!

I've been going to the gym since October. In short: the best gym in the city. Not without drawbacks, but the best one. I'll probably start with the cons.: 1) Music. It's a terrible playlist that's playing in the gym. If you don't have headphones, I'm sorry. Moreover, there are cool songs in the Playlist, for example Linkin Park, but mostly something incomprehensible for the background. 2) Sinks in toilets. They are set TOO high. It is impossible for a 170 cm tall person to wash his hands and face without pouring water on the floor and sneakers (I'm talking about myself). 3) There is no soap in the toilets (at least in the communal and men's ones). I would like to wash my hands before and after training, but alas. 4) Some trainers. I practice without a trainer myself, but between approaches it is clear that some (especially one, I won't point fingers) are not qualified enough. Their students perform exercises with huge mistakes in technique, they don't care, they do useless exercises with little effectiveness, etc. Maybe I'm making it up, but it's like it's on purpose so that the person pays the money longer. IMPORTANT: not all coaches are like that. In particular, there is one young guy, I honestly don't know his name, but he helps to set up equipment and gives good exercises. Now the pros: 1) The most important thing is cleanliness. Cleanliness is everywhere and it's really pleasing. They are cleaned privately, dusted, and vacuumed. 2) There are many simulators for every taste and for almost any task. And the simulators are high-quality, not cheap. 3) A lot of available inventory: belts, elastic bands, belts, mats. 4) A separate workout area with horizontal bars. 5) Lots of bench presses and lots of free-weight work frames. 6) Convenient entry/exit system and lockers. Everything is linked to your club card. 7) There are good coaches. You need to know them, but they are there) 8) There are many lockers in the locker room. 9) Good ventilation. The hall is not stuffy and there is something to breathe. In general, the hall has disadvantages, but they do not pull to take away the star. I've been to other gyms, like Brooklyn and the Sportsfamily, but they're definitely worse than the Atom. Maybe the Atom club in Mega is better, I don't know) Of course, I would like to see a sauna in the hall, which they kind of wanted to build, but they built a barbershop, but that's the little things.
