Вежливый персонал, прекрасная угловая студия с хорошим видом на центр. В студии 2 санузла, один с огромной ванной. Идеально чисто, все испавно. В СПА можно отлично провести пару часов. Но есть нюансы - ни в ресторане, ни в спа нельзя записать расходы на номер, везде надо рассчитываться на месте. Очень приятна была скидка 20% на номер по поводу дня рождения. Однозначно рекомендую, для Могилева отлично.

Отель в центре города, удобно расположен, рядом много красивых мест для прогулки и отдыха. При бронировании самостоятельно через официальный сайт предоставляется бесплатное парковочное место. Персонал вежливый, компетентный, помогает с возникшими вопросами. Номер чистый, красивый. Полотенца, халаты, постель в хорошем состоянии. Все постояльцы могут посещать Спа зону (бассейн, бани, сауна, солевая комната) бесплатно, количество раз зависит от условий проживания. Красивый вид из окна, хорошая шумоизоляция.

Excellent service, excellent spa in the basement (massage is not included). The rooms are cozy; there are 3 "buts": - you can hit the cabinet above the refrigerator hard, if you try to straighten up while making tea in the room (height 186), the shower place will be constantly wet, since after the shower the glass "curtain" does not sufficiently protect the floor of the entire bathroom; horseradish set up the heating - cooling system (I slept without a blanket and sweated, in the cold outside minus 23 it was 24-26 in the room). My friends nearby, in a double room with separate beds, were freezing at 19-20. Dignity: - you can arrange at the reception and extend the check-out for free until 13.00 (sit longer in the spa in the morning). And finally, a room with a large bed is expensive - 295 Belarusian rubles (9000 rubles). The view from the panoramic windows from the 9th floor is impressive, as are the "open" elevators.

A magical place for a wonderful vacation.The room stock is thought out to the smallest detail (708.2 adults + a 12-year-old child had a rest). The view from the room, and the room itself, is just space!!! We visited the spa (classic program) I still remember every touch....In the evening there was a hearty dinner at the restaurant…We want to go back, the child is delighted!

During the stay, we faced a big problem with ventilation in the room, the windows do not open and the air conditioners do not work, it was impossible to sleep.
Breakfast at the hotel in the form of a buffet was wonderful, everything is delicious except for coffee.
But there are wonderful coffee shops in Mogilev itself.

Лучший отель Могилева.
Новенький. В центре. Хорошая зона спа. Сауны. Душ впечатлений. Русская баня со льдом на выходе. Аквапушка для массажа.
Хороший чуть пафосный ресторан.
Номера маловаты. Но хорошо оснащены. И вид из окон отличный.
Сантехника супер. Матрасы супер
Меню подушек.
Кондиционер очень мощный.
Жаль нет балкона.
А так все очень достойно.
Хотя отель совмещен с торговым центром и бизнесцентром. Как корстон в Серпухове
Но это его не портит. Звукоизоляция идеальная. Парковка огромная. Все рядом.
Будете в могилеве очень рекомендую.

A cozy hotel of the highest class.
Everything is available: slippers, bathrobe, hygiene products, snow-white towels and bed linen.
Kettle, cups, glasses, 2 bottles of drinking water, 2 bags of black and green tea, coffee. For an additional fee, there is a mini-bar (beer, alcohol, chocolate, nuts), but there is little space in the refrigerator because of the filled bar.
Very comfortable pillows. There is also such a service as replacing a pillow with another one in quality (camel hair, buckwheat, for pregnant women, etc.), but they did not use it, because the 4 that were very comfortable.
There is a discount for birthday parties and a piece of birthday cake (a trifle, but nice).
A bonus is a visit to the spa (baths for every taste, swimming pool). Towels and rubber slippers are provided on the spot.
But VERY strictly with eviction. At 11.57 the card for opening the room did not work (after the pool, I had to call the reception to get into the room) and at 12.10 the phone starts ringing insistently. I would like the administrators to be more patient and forgiving in this regard.
Of course, it is expensive for guests of the city to stay, but it is a worthy place for a romantic meeting.

Шикарное место для романтического путешествия с любимым человеком.
Номер просторный,уютный, чистый, очень хорошая кровать и белоснежное постельное белье!
Спа процедуры на любой вкус, зона отдыха с термальной зоной не оставит равнодушным ни кого, очень понравился бассейн, хамам, каменная парная, русская и финская баня, бар и ресторан отеля!!!! Это была полноценная сказка на яву, 5 незабываемых дней и море положительных эмоций и впечатлений!!!!!
Обязательно приедем ещё!!!!

We ordered triple accommodation, hardly forced the staff to make a third bed, all the accessories were initially brought for 2 people, the breakfasts were not very tasty, a lot of people went to the spa and it was not the hotel guests, but by subscription, all the baths were cold in the morning. This is a good three , the prices are very high !!!!

Отличное обслуживание. Вежливый персонал. Гостиница европейского класса. Есть отличный СПА, куда входят финская баня, русская баня, хамам, сауна, русская парная, большой бассейн и соляная комната. Включен завтрак, но, если честно, он совсем скромненький, не оправдывает своей цены: однообразный. Рядом есть торговый центр. Очень удобное расположение в центре города. В составе здания есть фитнес-клуб. Он платный.
Из минусов: у нас в номере не работал сейф. Муж обращался несколько раз, но его так и не починили.

Now this hotel is becoming a favorite in Mogilev. Yes, with incomplete check-in, there is nothing to feed the child for breakfast. And that's why they refused the breakfast option. I know the city - it's my Native one. I found an easy place to have breakfast. The native School is visible from the window.
I don't know what you have at the SPA on weekends. But we lived from Monday to Wednesday. We were on Tuesday - we were not only satisfied with everything. I was even Impressed.
In reviews, you can not write about competitors and make comparisons to similar establishments - but definitely a SPA for all 10 points!
And if you also put a dryer for swimming trunks and swimsuits in the locker room, then you can put another 1 point on top.
An open-air swimming pool will not work in any way)))
But the quantity and quality of various saunas are beyond praise.
A slightly uncomfortable pool with steps. You have to get used to it.
The staff is very polite. And very responsible.
And thanks for the children's channel, albeit in Polish. It is strange that there are no children's channels in the hotels of the Republic of Belarus.

It was disappointing that the policy regarding the Spa and parking spaces deteriorated over the previous year, and now just going to relax and go to the spa is not as profitable a vacation as it used to be. Очень понравился отель. Забронировала заранее номер онлайн, всё как представлено на сайте, чисто, аккуратно, шикарные номера. Спа понравилось особенно, отличный, тёплый бассейн, хорошие сауны. Персонал приветливый и внимательный. Рекомендую к посещению этого отеля, получите массу удовольствия.

I came across a room with windows facing an indoor courtyard. Opposite the window is the office from which the employees of this office saw and heard me. Since the courtyard is covered, it was useless to open the window – there was no fresh air, so the room was stuffy. The air conditioner didn't work.
Breakfast on the Ala map system was not inspired, it would be better to leave the Swedish line.
The spa is decent: a nice pool, salt room, steam room. The hammam was cold. A nice bonus is a bar where you can drink alcoholic and non–alcoholic drinks. At the entrance, they give out rubber slippers, if there are no their own

Отличная гостинница. Обслуживание на 5 баллов. Завтраки вкусные, чисто в номерах, приветливый персонал, расположение также выше всяких похвал, удобно добраться до достопримечательностей города. We stayed at the Atrium Hotel from October 20 to 23. We came for the second time because we really liked it. BUT we won't come again!
The hotel is nice, comfortable, you can't argue with that. But all pleasant impressions are killed by the staff.
I booked a room through Tinkoff Travel for two guests for three nights with breakfast.
When checking in with an employee at the reception, I clarified whether everything was correct. He confirmed that the room was booked with breakfast.
For two days we went to have breakfast normally. On the third day, we were told that we were not on the lists at the restaurant. I replied that I had everything paid for, the girl went to check at the reception, came back and said have breakfast, but then come to the reception.
We had already filled the plates, put them on the table, but I had an unpleasant feeling and I went to find out what the problem was. The girl at the reception said that we had paid for three breakfasts FOR ONE PERSON. That is, the website included breakfast in the room rate for only one guest! At the same time, no one told us about it when checking in. The girl confirmed that this is a mistake on the site. That is, the hotel's fault.
The most important thing is that no one apologized to us for the current situation and did not offer solutions. The girl just kept silent and repeated that the breakfasts needed to be paid for. That is, an employee from the restaurant offered us breakfast, and only then find out that we will need to pay for this breakfast. Breakfast for one person costs 30 rubles! Are you even in yourself there? At the same time, the food was already in the plates and it was simply thrown away.
After this situation, they talked to us through their teeth, when they were evicted, they simply said "that's it."
It seems that the management of the hotel simply does not care about the guests, these will not come, so others will come. Of course, I won't come with this attitude anymore.

Были с мужем в отеле на нашу 5-ую годовщину свадьбы, честно приехала в Могилёв только ради отеля. Светлый современный номер, большая кровать с удобным матрасом, есть сейф, холодильник с мини-баром по адекватным ценам, меню подушек☝️ Также оценили , что в номере была зона отдыха и широкий подоконник. Также посетили спа, который находится в отеле остались всем очень довольны, рекомендуем однозначно
