Cars are not for pennies, but it's banal to ask to see the suspension, because the car is pulling to the side, so these are all additional services for normal money! At the same time, as I was told, the suspension is viewed once every 2 years! And when the pads and discs are changed, and when the rubber is changed, do you close your eyes so as not to look?! Prices for the cosmos car wash. At the same time, after THAT, do not wash the car for the price of the apartment. Or it's trivial not to talk to the client normally about the condition of an almost new car.. so-so service. There are a lot of show-offs, it's not much use. Learn from Atlanta on Denisovskaya Street! The best guys are there, always with a positive attitude, they will always look at everything and tell you, and they will treat you to coffee, and after that they will also put wet branded napkins :) This is a service! And cars are much cheaper..

For the first time in a very long time, I am disappointed in choosing a car, or rather its brand! The dealer turned out to be a crook, not issuing documents for warranty repairs, and after insistent demands for 2 hours, he issued documents instead of a guarantee for commercial diagnostics. The appeal was about intermittently non-working cameras and vibration during driving. But even in the issued documents, only computer diagnostics for errors are indicated. No test trips to check the transmission! It's easier for Audi to get rid of the warranty than to fix the problems! And if the client is "smart" and requires documents for work under warranty, then the dealer "changes shoes" on the fly and, insuring against possible claims, issues documents for commercial diagnostics, which allegedly found nothing. No computer diagnostic report was issued. Transmission inspection report too!
