The promised delivery dates are maintained. They delayed ( my order) only once. They called me back, warned me, apologized. They said that if something does not suit you, you can refuse. I waited - the position was rare, the price was no less rare ( low). The store was recommended by friends, by chance. At first: I was skeptical. Now it's one of the first places where I start searching for the right s/h. Sellers are aware of some auto tricks: I bought a "PLAK" polish (I didn't say what for), but: they themselves said that "dada... diesel drivers often take ... "

It was necessary to urgently buy a pair of clamps , a tee and a hose , everything that was sold did not fit competent sellers , the check did not break through the prices it is not known what the price weighs on the stand , they said nothing about it , as a result , they collected an order of 5 clamps , a 0.5 meter hose and a plastic tee for everything , they counted 28 rubles for what ,as we bought, we were laughing with each other, and this is also a discount for regular customers, their friend is a frequent customer! As a result, the verdict is not what kind of store with an inflated price , and even they can't pick up the goods, well, I would explain on my fingers , so no, dear comrades, I brought a hose , an old yoke and a tee , I think it's not worth it there is nothing to buy, they sell Chinese bullshit at the price of analogues laughter .

But I will say otherwise, I have been working with the guys since 2010, they were also called Ardeka layout in my memory and were located in another place. The service is just at the level of God!!!! They will even find you a kidney if it is on sale! The price is sometimes even cheaper than the market, but you do not need to go to railway stations, etc., look for parking, pay for it, go to hop stop shops where they will paste a price tag with a 300% surcharge! The situation is like this : I found an "original thermostat" on the market by vin, etc., went to the Bosch service in winter to change, Monday, 6:30 p.m., disassembled the floor of the muzzle on my old Fiat, and the thermostat is not native - it does not fit. It's 25 on the street, the car is disassembled, Monday, seven p.m. Carl!!!!!! And you won't find this fucking thermostat anywhere, and these guys brought it to me in 40 minutes!!!!! Really the one that is needed!!! The car was assembled, and I went home happy with a hot stove! And it's expensive. So don't blah blah that "they suck and can't work." I buy everything for cars here, and I'm not worried. And those who want to "save" on gas, burn gasoline, pay for parking, and go shopping wasting time, but remember: time is a very expensive resource, it must be spent wisely!

No matter how I go in, I always don't have what I need, but come on. Really, what's not going there anymore is the attitude of the staff. There's a bad man sitting there, to put it mildly. Constantly rude, looks like this: men 30-35 years old, bald, short haircut, acetic facial regrowth. And now specifically about the last drop: I arrive one day at 10 minutes to 22:00 and see the lights on in this store, I think they really work, I'm just really looking for a level converter. Yes, I am aware that they work until 21:00, but I just saw that the light is on there and there is a person who I may at least find out if they have this thing. And so I go in, I want to ask and they immediately tell me it's closed, I say, well, maybe at least find out if you have a level converter, to which I was rudely answered closed. But I could have come to them the next day during working hours and bought this thing, now I don't set foot. That's the attitude towards customers.
