Managers are generally the best people in the world. It seems to me that I am a very difficult client: I changed my choice of cars three times, first I wanted to come from Europe, then from the USA, but I couldn't win a car in my budget.
After a month of searching, they showed me an eggplant-colored Mercedes A200 and I fell in love. The car was traveling from Korea, 45 days passed from the moment of purchase to delivery. There was no limit to joy!
I didn't even expect that in such a package you can buy a car at the price it cost me.

I ordered a car from South Korea. I have been choosing a car ordering company for several months among dozens of similar ones. I dropped several cars from Encar to calculate, because the final price was still the decisive factor for me. Avtokom was pleased with the price offer and delivery time, but the most important thing is customer orientation. All the companies simply answered my questions, dropped the calculation and dropped out of the dialogue forever. But Autocom is not like that!!! I was accompanied by manager Alexander, who unobtrusively, professionally and tactfully reminded me of himself and the possibility of cooperation. And the most pleasant thing is, he did it as professionally as possible, never strained me, did not cause negative emotions. This, in principle, was the decisive moment in choosing the company for the order. A company that fights for a client and is willing to spend its time on him is important. That's why I signed a contract with them. Of course, there were other crucial aspects. Extensive experience in this field, articles in top Internet information sites, delivery of exclusive and very expensive cars to Belarus... I've been monitoring their website and their social media a lot. In terms of cost, there were companies ready to bring the car I was interested in for $ 350-500 cheaper, but they either work in this direction for six months or a year or zero interest.... Autocom bribed me by being very customer-oriented. I won't speak for the whole company, but Alexander did well!!! As a result, the car, as planned, arrived on time, everything is safe and sound, there are no new chips, scratches or anything else. Everything is as it was bought on the site in Korea, and everything has arrived. The only thing I can advise the guys is to wash the cars before handing them over to the client, it will be very pleasant. But here, the delivery clearly lies with the logistics, partners, and so on, in any case, it adds up to the overall impression of the company, the desire to recommend it, tell friends about it, etc. It costs $10 to wash the car, but the impression is that they are worried about the customer. Outside, it can then get dusty, soaked in the rain, etc., but inside the thresholds, carpets and seats at least refresh a little. Overall, I was very pleased with the company, and they found a decent car. Of course, I would like to have no colors at all, but of course, there are only a few of them, and no one will choose six months for the client. In general, they allocate about 14 days for the selection of cars, which is logical, there are a lot of customers and the company has no interest in accumulating them. Therefore, the principle is to close the deal quickly. But the Autocom did well, they closed the deal efficiently and professionally, pleased with the delivery time, constant information support and attention to the customer. When buying a car at an auction, they offered to make a complete repair, buy an original trunk curtain, and advised many things based on professional experience. Prices have been announced for everything, etc. I will order more from them.

Hiding and getting annoyed are becoming the norm.
I chose my own car in Yu.Korea on the Encar website. (it wasn't difficult, because this isn't the first time I've cited it). I needed an assistant to buy it out and send it to the Republic of Belarus. I didn't want to contact the last intermediary, and then the VAT refund advertisement bribed me. I call, they answer, they say about fast delivery and at a good price. They promise to refund 5-7% VAT, although in Korea it is 10%. Nothing, it suits me too. All the amounts seem to have been agreed. I'm going to go to them and sign a contract, but I remember that the last intermediary charged me $ 300 of the dealer fee and for the delivery of the car to the port. I tell them about it, scolding the past mediator. And....... There's a surprise here. So our fee in Korea will be $1,460......I'm in a stupor... how??? They answer, but what did you think, they will work there for you for free??? I say no, not for free, you take a commission here and declare that you work without intermediaries.… Why did I pull this information by accident, why wasn't it announced right away! The answer is you don't have to!
A curtain. That's the whole VAT refund. Without losing hope, he clarified, is a legal entity called like you in Korea? You're not an intermediary.… Of course not, they told me. Thank you, but your service is not suitable for me.

2. I requested the usual information: statutory documents to see what the company does and what activities it can carry - refusal to provide, citing a trade secret (where?).
And an order to appoint a director (head) for the legality of signing documents (namely, the contract from paragraph 1) - was sent for 5 lines, without seals.
3. After the refusal, I received a phone call and the head himself, Yuri, informed me that I was "a difficult client asking a lot of questions," to put it mildly, the cooperation did not work out.
