The next day they called and told me to go pick up the car, because they can't unscrew the bolts. That is, a service station that specializes in steering rails cannot unscrew the bolts to remove the steering rack. The question is why they took it. They are only interested in easy money, and when faced with difficulty they realized that it would take effort and time, it is easier to call and say we will not do it.
