They fixed it in front of us, but they didn't tell us anything about the knock from behind, and accordingly they didn't fix it. Lifting the car onto the lift at another service station, what do we see? I was very busy lifting and inspecting the "walker". There's a burst spring on the back right, a glass is torn off (or whatever's on top of the spring), and perhaps the shock absorber is also dead.
