I have been working with the company for 5 years now. Everything is always clear and on time. Drivers deliver to the door, or help to carry to the car. They call 5-15 minutes before arrival. They are always friendly and welcoming. If you want to be treated with respect and understanding, it would be a good idea to start with yourself and treat employees normally, and not as servants. I've heard people talking to drivers, and it's a quiet horror! And if you want everything to happen without any interference, you need to study the documents that you sign without difficulty, and not just run through your eyes, and then look for the guilty and shout how bad everyone is! The rating of the company was clearly underestimated by such people who, due to their carelessness or lack of manners, did something wrong themselves.

Terrible service! As an organization, we ordered delivery from Minsk to Soligorsk. There are a lot of disadvantages:
1) The employees are incompetent through one, they made 50 calls while they processed the transportation;
2) The cargo arrived all dead, exposed;
3) The driver turned out to be a boor, refused to even serve the cargo from the car, let alone unload and bring it in, explaining that the contract states that unloading cargo is possible only with a total weight of up to 50 kg (we had 57 kg). This is indeed stated in the small print in the contract, read carefully and do not step on our rake);
4) They asked to call an hour before delivery, but no one called;
5) You can not open the cargo to check the integrity before the driver leaves (Do you understand the absurdity of this condition???)
In general, if there are other options for transportation, it is better to use other delivery services! As an organization, we very often use the services of carriers, and we conclude that it is better to wait or overpay for delivery, but in no case contact this organization.
