People, if you want to wait two weeks for an answer like we do, then this is the place for you!
It all started with the fact that before booking a car, we read from beginning to end all the information on their website, then contacting them with a request to book a car, they answered us, search on the website and leave a request. And so they did.We waited 12 days for a response to the request, in the end we had to write to them again, they replied: "come, book, leave a 100% prepayment and sign a contract." Well, my husband was ill for a couple of days and then there was a weekend, after 5 days he writes to them again that he wants to drive up, they tell us that all cars are booked and they will not take them. We immediately realized that they did not want to rent for 2 days, although there is information on the website that from 1 day rent. We decided to check them, I called personally, named the same dates, only not 2 days, but 5, and the manager Igor immediately answers me, yes, there are cars, drop the documents, we will draw up a contract.
After I admitted that my husband talked to him and wanted to book for 2 days, he "so be it, let him send the documents." They allegedly checked all documents for fines and debts, then ignored them again. After another appeal from her husband to this office, he replied, "we are not interested in this." When I contacted him again, he said, "I don't understand why you clung to our organization, look for others." We lost almost a month trying to get a response from Igor's kind manager. When I told him that reviews would be written everywhere, and I would have to contact the administration to check their office for the possibility of providing services to the consumer, he condescendingly replied, "Okay, let's sign a contract." And now we're not interested. Complaints have been left everywhere and the administration will finally take care of this office!!!!

Хотелось бы оставить положительный отзыв об аренде автомобиля, но арендовать к сожалению не получилось. Хотели заранее забронировать автомобиль, закидали односложными вопросами и сказали "обращаться после 20 числа", после чего сразу сбросили трубку. На второй звонок также никакой информации не было предоставлено, сказали приехать и забронировать автомобиль на месте, после чего также благополучно сбросили трубку. Сегодня был свободный день, в который и собирались поехать в этот "сервис" аренды, позвонили за 10 минут до приезда уточнить, куда подъехать. На вопрос так и не ответили, в очень грубой форме начали задавать все те же вопросы, а после вопроса со стороны "менеджера" о количестве стажа, был получен ответ "это не к нам" и, О, удивление, сброшена трубка. Опешив, решили перезвонить еще раз, чтобы уточнить, правильно ли мы поняли их ответ. Звонок остался неотвеченным.
При разговоре с этим человеком было очень сложно разобрать, что он говорит. И явное отношение к клиентам "вам тут не рады". Если вы хотите получить человеческое отношение к вам как к клиенту, и не менять резко планы, вам определенно не в этот сервис.
