As often happens on the road, we ran into something sharp and urgently needed help. Fortunately, this workshop was not far away. Since we are not local and do not speak Moldovan, we thought there would be problems, but here we were lucky. The communication was in Russian, we were offered solutions to the problem and how much it costs, they chose the best one for us. Moreover, everything was done quickly, we were surprised that everything seemed to be already set up, that the work was being done automatically, without wasting time. It is a pity that such professional and polite treatment does not always happen in our tire repair shops. They also noticed that the paint had already peeled off on the hood and offered to fix this defect. But since there was no time, they postponed it for the next time.

I want to share my opinion about the Autoshina service, which is located at Calea Basarabiei, 44, although I did not get there of my own free will, but just let my iron horse down a little, something started to rustle and beat in the wheel a little, and since this service turned out to be the closest, I had to visit it. My first impressions were not just good, but I would say excellent, firstly, cleanliness, order and comfort, secondly, I did not have to wait in line, as many services practice this, here I was accepted with the same mind and with a smile on my face, then they clarified the problems and accepted my horse, and me meanwhile, they offered to treat me to coffee. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be petty and within an hour and a half I was already served. According to the money for repairs, we can say that I just paid for coffee, although coffee was free. So I put five stars without remorse and recommend it to everyone! But of course it's better without it.

As a woman and a satisfied customer of Autoshina, I would like to share my delight about the incredible experience I had while repairing my car. This moment was especially important for me, as I have long dreamed of my car becoming a reliable companion in my life again.
From the very beginning of the process, when I applied to Autoshina, I was struck by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They listened in detail to all my problems and questions, and carefully discussed the repair plan. This was especially important for me, since I don't know much about cars, and I needed to feel that I could entrust my car to experts.
The repair itself went smoothly and promptly. I was regularly provided with updates on the current condition of my car and painting, and I always knew at what stage the repair was. This gave me confidence that my car was in safe hands.
When I picked up my car, I was amazed at the result. The machine looked and worked as if it had just come out of production. The level of employees is excellent, without delay. The work was done superbly, I am satisfied!
