The staff is on top - tactful, competent, and most importantly not pompous, but having a pleasant and understandable dialogue for the client. I was very pleased with the preparation of the car and the submission of the announcement. The guys always kept up to date, gave the right advice, and clarified all the nuances. The calculation was very pleasantly surprised by its simplicity and speed. super! And before that, there was a sad experience of applying to other sites....it's just dark there (although I'm not ashamed of my car at all). Big greetings to Dmitry! I already recommend the site to my friends and who is going to sell and who wants to buy.

We sold my husband's car in this car dealership, we were very satisfied, sold it quickly (less than two weeks), very pleasant managers, constantly recruited, kept up to date. The parking itself is very beautiful, it can be seen that after repair, all cars are perfectly clean, both expensive and cheaper. The car itself was issued in 15 minutes, without any bidding. Deserved 5 stars, I will definitely cooperate in the future.

Disrespectful attitude towards customers and deception. I was interested in the car, I called to see it - they said call me next week, it's currently being polished, they promised to call me back when it appears in their parking lot. Not waiting for the call, I dial myself in 4-5 days - again the answer is that it is being polished. Please let me see, I'll drive up where you say, they say I'll look at it on polishing, the manager replied that he would clarify something now and call me back. I did not wait for the call, I dial in two hours, the manager replied that he had not specified yet, but assured me that he would definitely dial me. As a result, I call myself again in the evening, and ask again - the answer angered me - a deposit has already been made on the car, it has been sold.
I do not recommend this organization because of disrespect for customers and deception.

I did not notice the advantages and did not find them. By selling a car through AV.BY, this office called 5 times new, the 5th time they said on the phone that there is a suitable buyer for my car. "bring it, you will not regret it, we will sell it in 2-3 days." As a result, the car stood for 21 days, the battery was put to ZERO, started with a booster. Initially I doubted the work of such organizations, but I was convinced by those who connected with this one. Maybe there are normal auto houses, but I don't recommend this one to anyone. Do not see each other on the phrases "We have a buyer for your car, etc., etc. "

Решил и я оставить отзыв о данном салоне. Продавал свой Мерседес около 2 месяцев, люди приезжали, и все что то не устраивало, то лак выцвел, то сколы, то кому то салон грязный. Понял что люди хотят купить новое по цене 10-ти летней машины. Но так сложились обстоятельства, что нужно было уехать, а машину оставить в Минске. Начал изучать площадки, куда можно поставить на реализацию, товарищ посоветовал присмотреться к авалону, так как они привозили ему машину из Европы, и ему понравился подход. В итоге оставил им машину, а когда увидел как они подготовили ее к продаже, не поверил что такое возможно. В итоге чуть больше чем через 3 недели они продали мой мерс. С расчетом все было так же без проблем.

Добрый день.
Поставил свой авто на площадку этой компании по их предложению. Пока лежал в больнице 2 месяца авто не то, что не продали усадили новый акум авто запускали с бутера. При запуске с бутера выжгли часть электроники, сожгли сцепление дамай как-то даехал. При разговоре с сотрудником этой компании я понял что они не владеют даже элементарными знаниями авто.
Это очень печально одним словом не рекомендую!!!

Продают машину на av.by, в обявлении даже не сказано, что это автосалон, даже больше напмсано автосалоном и перекупам не звонить. Мы позвонили узнать по машине, сказали, что все хорошо. Приехали смотреть, мало того, оказалось, что это автосалон, так в добавок машина вся гнилая. Ужас, зачем людей вводить в заблуждения и тратить время попросту?

Позвонили сказали интересна для подажи и продадут за неделю. За неделю не получиллсь, продали за 2, в принципе доволен. Когда появился покупатель
Скинули с комисии 200$ и попросили меня опустить 200$ хотел за тачку 8000$
Поставил 8500$ в итоге получилосб 8300$
Даже больше чем планировал)

Не советую этот салон, пригнали машину на продажу, сказали, что смогут продать быстро, что делают предпродажную подготовку авто, а итоги машина грязная, а ещё и сломали аккумулятор посадили в ноль, на СТО нам сказали что его можно уже выбросить. Вообще ещё на бабки попали. Не советую ни кому, развод.

Убогое место. Менеджеры о машинах ничего не говорят. Пишут в объявках что все огонь, машины проходят то, а по факту приезжаешь, тратишь время, а там у машины пробит картер и масло чуть не ручьем бежит… ну может кого и устроит, но сказать можно было… т.к. об этом знали и положи под низ свои бумажки

Отличное место для покупки авто, обслуживание на уровне! Приехал покупать авто, без проблем поехали кататься в город, заехали на СТО и даже дали сесть за руль! Очень доволен и уровнем обслуживания и естественно покупкой))) Советую всем, ребята говорят всю правду не скрывая ничего!
