You need to spend a lot of time to sign up for them. They record only on a call, even if you write to them on Instagram for what procedure, when, and which doctor you want to make an appointment with, they answer you: We will call you back. Why is a big question for me, and it's not clear what the problem is right away. Then they call back at any time, and if you miss a call, you need to keep in mind that you were never recorded and write to them again. With such a recording system, you have to take a call just so that you are finally recorded at an inconvenient time and inconvenient places to talk to them. It's unrealistic to get through yourself - you listen to the answering machine, press the right buttons on the menu and listen to the beeps - no one picks up the phone.

I made an appointment with a cosmetologist, consulted beforehand, on RF Morpheus- tk the procedure is not easy and recovery is at least 3 days - I planned and changed plans for a long time. On the appointed day, the cosmetologist, when filling out the questionnaire, "suddenly remembered" and asked if I had used retinol! And after finding out what she used, she canceled the procedure. During the consultation a few weeks before, of course, it was impossible to say that she had forgotten. Bravo for the professionalism. Special attention to working with complaints, there was no one who would talk to me, the administrator blinked and promised that they would call me. Guess how many times I got a call :)
I'm not even talking about compensating for time and nerves, it's just elementary to show attention and apologize- and you won't wait for it.

Good doctors . Payment by card only. Some services are very expensive and are considered a package, for example, botulinum toxin in Russia is considered based on the units they have per zone, which is inconvenient. I need no more than 25 units for the whole face, if you count by zones, the price will turn out to be just space. Everything else is of reasonable value, +- as in Russia.

I've been to Dr. Angelica twice, I've done fillings.
The doctor is very nice to talk to and she seems to have good hands, but:
1) during the second visit, the doctor had a severe cold. She didn't have a voice, it was hard for me to understand what she was saying. It seems to me that in this state it is generally impossible to work with people, especially if you spend an hour and a half digging in their mouths. As a result, I got sick too.
2) I am pregnant. Before starting treatment, the doctor and I agreed: we treat several important teeth in the second trimester, she orders anesthesia, which can be used by pregnant women.
When I came to the first filling and reminded that it was necessary to use anesthesia without adrenaline, the doctor was confused and began to mumble something that it was even worse without adrenaline, they pass the barrier even better, etc.
This is not true. Adrenaline is not used in pregnant women, not because it passes through the placenta, but because it causes premature birth. At my time, this risk is minimal, so we started treatment, but the doctor decided that she would just use it a little.
The first time everything went well, but at the next appointment, half a dose of anesthesia was not enough.
It was very painful for me, I cried in the chair and said that it hurt me.
But in response, I heard:
- you can't stab anymore (why?? You chose this volume yourself, this anesthesia is either not allowed at all, or it is possible)
- others are even worse (why??? Who said that?)
- it's my own fault that I'm treating my teeth pregnant (and then why did you even take it?? Why wasn't I warned?)
In general, it seems to me that this is an illustration of the low professional standards in the clinic. If you have a simple situation and everything is obvious, then I think everything will be fine (except for the sick doctor). If erudition is required from a doctor, then it may not be there, and conflict resolution may not be professional at all.

I have been coming here for a year for dental and women's procedures. I am very pleased!
I can especially recommend:
1) Sirkui's paradontologist - she did 4 very difficult operations on my gums, she just has golden hands! Before that, an orthodontist and dentist in Moscow told me for 5 years that these operations were required. And finally, I found a good doctor. Such specialists are a great success!
2) Dentist on the 2nd floor Minasyan Deren - made me a huge number of fillings, works under a microscope. The price level is higher than in the city, but very high quality. I'm shocked, to be honest, what tools he uses in his work! It's something from the future.
3) Orthodontist Tigran. I went to him for the correction of the retainers - he does not speak Russian, but he is very delicate, explained everything through an assistant and offered a solution to the issue with the retainers.
4) Master of laser hair removal Margarita - I go to Alexandrite Carefully and carefully does everything. It is very pleasant to communicate with her, the most comfortable person!
5) Dr. Greta - I just do everything for her: I solved the issue with toenails, she is a podologist. They also removed my mole and vascular asterisks on my legs. She has a light hand! I just love how good a doctor is!
6) Dr. Torgom Khachatryan is a plastic surgeon on the 4th floor. I recommend it wholeheartedly, a very good doctor. He helped me to remove some formations on my body and explained that in my case it is not necessary to have a nose job :))) It's very easy and fun with him!
I would like to mention the reception staff separately: they are always friendly and understanding.
I am very happy with this clinic!

The main drawback of this center is the discrepancy between the price and positioning to the quality of the services provided.
Behind the facade of the clinic with beautiful interiors, gigantic, but absolutely useless receptions, there is blatant incompetence and negligence towards clients. From the point of entry to the clinic (when you are sent from floor to floor) to the "specialist" chair. I was here for laser hair removal. At one of the sessions, the girl told me in plain text, "if it doesn't hurt during the procedure, then it's useless." For a moment, this leads to burns of connective tissue and at least to psychological trauma. After I told her 6 times to turn down the power, because it hurts me, the girl just gave up on it. I will remember this for the rest of my life, the injury is just *** and the skin took a long time to heal

When they saw the 3.6 rating, my wife and I were very wary of Avanta. However, after the receptions of the cosmetologists' wives and the Tesla former procedures, we were pleasantly surprised.
Firstly, the reception staff has apparently changed and vice versa, they are very polite and competent. It is very pleasant to communicate with them , go to a meeting , answer all questions . When waiting for a long time, tea or coffee is offered .
Secondly, I want to say the same about the doctors , who are also happy to help with all questions and treat the client with care and are polite .
Well, and thirdly, compared to other clinics, Avanta is very pleasant to be in - spacious rooms , beautiful design.

The day before the recording, they call and say that the removal device is not working, you can just come for a consultation tomorrow. We don't know when it will work
When I asked if they could tell me about it two weeks ago, the admin replied that she did not know who I was talking to and was not responsible at all.

Both specialists seemed pleasant and competent to me, but the receptions are conducted in offices with a large number of chairs.
That is, other patients were consulted and treated next to me.
I thought that such "communal" offices remained only in dental clinics, where they treat for free, and not in one of the most expensive clinics in Yerevan.
