I recently visited this entertainment center in Shymkent, and was completely delighted! Entertainment for every taste is perfectly combined here: from active games to cozy recreation areas. All attractions are modern and safe, the staff is polite and attentive. I especially liked the organization — everything is very convenient and thought out. This place is ideal for families with children, as well as for groups of friends. I will definitely come back here again!"

The avatar on Nursat is a very beautiful, wonderful place for children, a variety of attractions, but the worst thing is that they shove people there, even if there is no place, 3 adults come for 1 child, infants, there is nothing to breathe, the crush, we left was packed, and there are still a lot of people with children outside the territory. The locker room is a separate story, horror, I'm not happy with the service. And in general, people do not have a culture of behavior.

Positive: new renovation, lots of good and new attractions for children, polite staff.
Minuses:
- there is no liquid soap in the dispensers in the bathroom, there are no paper towels;
- the dryer is located high and children do not reach it;
- mothers are lying everywhere, some of whom are sleeping with their bags scattered around like at a train station (why don't they go home and sleep there?!)
- other mothers ignore the requirements of visiting attractions by age and with screams and threats try to shove their one-year-old baby where they can from the age of 4 and then in case of any problem, the institution will be blamed (such people should be forcibly removed and never allowed in again!).
Well, a big minus is to launch three times more visitors into the game room than it can accommodate (cutting down money for admission to the maximum, without caring about the comfort and convenience of customers, is not very customer-oriented).
