Positive: new renovation, lots of good and new attractions for children, polite staff.
Minuses:
- there is no liquid soap in the dispensers in the bathroom, there are no paper towels;
- the dryer is located high and children do not reach it;
- mothers are lying everywhere, some of whom are sleeping with their bags scattered around like at a train station (why don't they go home and sleep there?!)
- other mothers ignore the requirements of visiting attractions by age and with screams and threats try to shove their one-year-old baby where they can from the age of 4 and then in case of any problem, the institution will be blamed (such people should be forcibly removed and never allowed in again!).
Well, a big minus is to launch three times more visitors into the game room than it can accommodate (cutting down money for admission to the maximum, without caring about the comfort and convenience of customers, is not very customer-oriented).
