For adults, there is a cafe where you can sit. The kitchen is normal, it can be delicious and not very good. Apparently, which shift will you get on. In general, it is normal and the prices are adequate.
Waiters sometimes slow down, just ignore or walk for a long time. Although it is in their best interest to serve well.

They credited 1600 at first and sent an SMS with a notification, they did not add bonuses for the last accrual. And the first bonuses are there, then they are not. We went on a weekday, and got a discount on admission, it was unexpectedly pleasant 🤩

Мне понравилось место, главное чисто, и в будние дни нет много детей. Цена за ребенка 4000 тг, за родителя 500 тг. Есть шарики, горки, батуты, тарзанка, паутинки, пушки с лабиринтами. Время не ограничено, там же можно покушать, готовят вкусно и быстро, лимонад очень вкусный. Не понравились только наггетсы, потому что они были не стандартные как обычно. Заказывали еще фри, сырные палочки, пельмени все вкусно. Есть красивые кабинки на 2 м этаже чтобы отметить детский день рождения

As usual with us, the owners have built profitable such places, but they forgot about the quality of service. Waiters are plowing, customers are waiting for orders for 2 hours, and managers are raking in and making money on everyone, both on customers and on staff. The room was stuffy and there was a smell of sweat. The little child got lost, I wanted to take them to the staff so that they could help find the parents, but the staff didn't care and they refused to help look for the child's mother. I had to look for the crying child's mother myself. The animators are not attentive and do not follow the children, they just stand by themselves. This is a children's institution and care, along with safety, should be in the first place. But there is clearly not enough staff there. No one can explain anything.

Ставлю 4 звезды только из-за впечатлений детей. Они каждый раз в диком восторге, хотя им и есть с чем сравнивать🤷♀️ а вот в плане обслуживания тут туго. Заказать праздник через whatsapp та ещё задачка. Диалог с менеджером длился 48 часов, потому как менеджер вечно из него выпадал. В итоге еду не приготовили, хотя мне оказалось на руку потому как половина гостей заболели и не пришли😅. Готовят быстро и вполне прилично. Аниматоры слегка халявят, и не слишком рады своей работе, но дети программой довольны. Так что есть и плюсы и минусы.

Хороший комплекс для детей можно и дни рождения справлять, и просто детишкам дать побеситься. В самом начале когда открылись, ела была прям вкусная вкусная, сейчас уже не все блюда такие и пицца тоже стала менее яркой и порция стали меньше. А в целом твердая четверка или 5 с минусом.

Удобный, просторный, интересный комплекс. Ребенок очень доволен. Огромное колличество разнообразных развлекалок, масса места. Всё супер, за всё время никаких замечаний не приметили.

Организация на очень низком уровне. Команда на начальном пути своего развития. Детям понравилось, они не прихотливы) Проводили день рождение сына, за сутки сделали заказ по меню, когда пришли ничего не было готово. Объяснили, что оператор не передал своевременно коммуникацию, он вообще в Таразе)))) клиентоориентированность нулевая. Чисто бизнес делают люди.

Отмечали ребенку день Рождение по пакету, предложенному администратором. На первый взгляд все очень неплохо выглядит, и анимационная программа, входит отдельная кабинка, поздравление именинника.
Начнем с того, что пока я сама не начала бегать, искать администратора и узнавать про нашу анимацию, про нас никто бы и не вспомнил. Потом к подошел аниматор, все уточнил, тк мы заменили анимац.программу на мастер-класс. После мастер-класса должно было быть поздравление, но получилась накладка, попросили подождать,
Ок, согласились, пошли на встречу, наш аниматор, позвал детей играть вместе на батуты.. но потом куда-то пропал, дети разбежались, а наш аниматор танцевал на другом поздравлении…. в итоге детей кое как опять собрали, поздравили.
Фотограф, который делает фото, после очень навязчиво предлагает купить фото, магниты, иначе не скинет в электронном виде.
Кухня испортилась, однозначно. заказывали мясной микс, гарнир - рис и фри были пресными, мясо где-то сырое внутри, нежующиеся, салаты тоже так себе...
Еще год назад все было гораздо лучше..

Сам парк детям очень нравится. Но сервис как всегда… цены немного завышены. Еду несут очень долго. Если придете в выходные -бургеры и фри ждите час-полтора..
20 мая было день рождения ребенку-нанимали аниматора в пакете за 43 тысячи -вообще никакая девочка была. Сама еще ребенок. Я думаю за 43 тысячи тенге в пакете должен быть опытный аниматор.

Классное место, наигрались с дочерью вдоволь, столько разных горок, лабиринтов, столько игровых зон, зоны с препятствиями и даже есть кинотеатр где постоянно идут мультики. Зона батута так же не оставила нас равнодушными и при аватарий так же есть кафе. Все сотрудники очень дружелюбные начиная с кассиров заканчивая гардеробщицами. Как я поняла, так же присутствуют комнаты для празднования детских дней рождении и все они разные оформлены в разных тематиках. Там играют как и малыши так и их родители, так же работают аниматоры, которые время от времени играют и танцуют с детьми. Мне понравилось, дочери тем более. Однозначно вернёмся ещё! Спасибо, Аватария!

Самый лучший парк с рестораном для детей и родителей! Здесь самое главное можно отдохнуть без гаджетов детям! Активити парк для физического отдыха детям! Самое главное очень интересно и взрослым. Масса интересных развлекательных программ, шоу,аниматоры. Место где можно провести Самый крутой День рождения ребёнка! Очень вкусная кухня и отличный сервис.Всем советую на 100%

Из плюсов это большой детский комплекс в Турксибском районе и цены приемлемые .А вот,минусов больше к сожалению.Очень жарко внутри, детей много, аниматоры работают по настроению.Цены в кафетерий дорогие .В туалете очередь, на входе в парк дают сланцы , так в этих сланцах и в туалеты и по детской площадке где младенцы ползают. ...

Были с детьми перед новым годом: было шумно, но весело. Если по пунктам: просторно, светло, чисто, вкусно, но ценник на еду чуть выше среднего. Сняла звезду за 2 пунктика: парковка и отсутствие в игровом зале персонала по присмотру за порядком в целом.
