Thirdly, it is not a pleasant office, dirty and with an eternal smell of food, when you do not arrive in the morning / at lunch it does not matter. Also, taking a tool for repair, no specifics on the timing, then you will cut off the phone to them to find out what is ready and when, a lady who does not know will pick it up...
