It is not possible to connect the EDS to the personal account on the tax website. I called tech support on 07/19/24 at 15:14. The guy answered, spoke rudely. He accused me of incorrectly fulfilling the requirements by using EDS. You need to log in using the Internet explorer. Oh my God! 21st century, 2024, the Internet explorer has not existed for at least 2 years. It is impossible to download it from an official source, and it is also impossible to log in from its Microsoft Edge counterpart. Doesn't he know what alternative ways there are??
I didn't pay 170 rubles to listen to accusations! I'm not a person from the world of technology, it's absolutely normal that I can't figure it out. Why is he even sitting there?
Moreover, my friend called the same place a few days earlier and the girl from the technical support helped to do everything, install it.
Pay attention to who you hire! It's just a disgusting impression, the mood is spoiled, technical support is not provided.
