Excellent LCD. KSK is a separate story. All in a flash, smartly. Kindly. And the yard, as in a distant childhood, is very cozy and safe. A great store in the house. Everything is within walking distance, for an adult, except the polyclinic.

Nice house with security and a closed area. The yard is car-free, safe for children. The apartments are very warm. Good layouts, spacious rooms. The neighbors are very friendly, holidays and fairs are constantly held. The service of the house is excellent, right 10/10. There is a park across the street, which is a huge plus. And in general, everything is nearby, you can walk.

I was only in the office of the NL company, everything was fine there, service, assortment , place for customers. The only downside is annoying female "clingers" of networkers. If I were in the office, I would introduce rules not to stick to clients. I can't stand it.

I live here and I want to say that the yard here is large, convenient location with a shop and the city center. (anyway, it's 03/21/2020 and everything is in quarantine.)+ parking next to the house in which there are enough places.
Of the cons:there are gates at the entrances. You can get around from the parking lot or from the car entrance.
The house is 9 storeys high, there are 4 apartments on one floor, no matter which entrance you live in.
