We arrived from Russia at 5 a.m., a family of 3 people. Dad, Mom, baby. Those who were very tired from the road were glad to have any room. Everything is arranged. We checked in, washed, put our things in the laundry (very convenient service) after 2 hours, we took them clean and steamed. We thought to stop for a day, we stayed for 10 days. As it turned out later, we were settled in a room, which is usually rented for the night.... In general, it was fun at night, the walls are thin, the audibility is 100%. They asked to offer other options, for some reason they offered even worse... In general, everything is not bad, but it could have been better...

Never! Under no circumstances should you stay in this so-called hotel. You will not receive proper service here, and you will have a sleepless night! In the suites, you will be sold drinking water, sockets fall out of the walls and are melted, and the equipment does not work or works somehow. The air conditioner turns on by itself, periodically with noise and does not respond to the control panel. There are blackout curtains and a mosquito net in the description, but no window! It is stuffy, noisy, smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but from somewhere in the room there is a smell of tobacco smoke. The staff knows about all the problems, tries to help in any way they can, but there is sadness and longing in their eyes. The owner has broken through the bottom of the hotel business and is successfully burrowing into the mud! Never! Do you hear? Never!

High prices, cold, dirty rooms with showcases from which siphons, and you can hear every rustle, WiFi does not catch in all rooms, there are no sockets next to the bed / table, extremely redneck staff, work only on reservations, and full prepayment of accommodation (No refund in case of interruption of the OFC).
If you have no options, then you can spend the night for a couple of days, but I highly recommend it, only if you have taken all of the above into account in advance. The only one + is a more or less convenient location, there is a market nearby, and a large grocery store.

I rarely write reviews, but it's a matter of principle. Rather not even for himself. For people who are being thrown, for people who are faced with a really difficult situation.
Day 1 price 40,000 per day (we see that the day before cost 32,000)
Day 3 price 55.000 per day (without warning)
Day 3 price 80,000 per day (what!?) as a result, we agreed to live for 55,000 tk for the 3rd day.
All this for a room with no Windows, no hot water - you need to wait 20 minutes, without banal cleaning. In general, this is a kennel where the owner decided to cash in on the grief of people who fled their country due to a certain set of circumstances.
As a result, this one-time "project" throws: conditions, price changes, non-compliance with booking through the Booking system and what they receive in fact.
I will say separately about the staff - they are ashamed of this video. But you can't go against the "hostess".

Someone put out cigarettes in the mattresses, and there are scorch marks on the linen too. The walls are made of paper, you always know who is doing where and what. I ordered 3 air-conditioned rooms 2 weeks before arrival. Upon arrival, we were able to provide only one with air conditioning and two without air conditioning. And the air conditioner was working poorly. It was hot at night with air conditioning. There is hair on the floor and on the bedspread in the rooms. Dirty tiles. The toilet is constantly running water. The rooms have a persistent smell of cigarettes. Of the advantages, only white towels.
