The last visit to this place left conflicting feelings. The ice cream is delicious as always, the coffee is decent, and the desserts are for the amateur. It's cozy enough inside. But! A big fat "BUT!" Tables are wiped after visitors only if it is very dirty. Basically, it'll do just fine. The dust lies evenly on the shelves, casually watches everyone and laughs softly at SanPiN. A "nice" woman, apparently keeping the room clean, responded unkindly to requests to wipe the table or remove the dishes on time in order to make room for new visitors (from observations during the visit). Maybe she's alone, but there are many of us. Perhaps it was on this particular day that she had a headache or was in a bad mood, which she kindly shared. And the icing on the cake was that during our family visit to this much-loved place, a "table reserved" sign was placed on our table (while we were drinking coffee) with the words: " People will come at two o'clock." That is, we have to leave by this time, although we still planned to sit and chat. We're gone) I hope the new visitors were comfortable on that couch)

We visited this Ice Cream parlor for the first time with our family. Nice cozy interior. The service at the checkout is fast and courteous. All the pleasant first impression was overshadowed when we picked up the order and tried it, so to speak. Namely, the order included pizza, French fries, an envelope with cheese, ice cream (juice and water do not count). The fries are dry, the envelope with cheese is tasteless, the pizza is just awful (although it looked good)a lot of oil (do not understand from where?! The honey cake turned out to be neither tasty nor fresh. But this "cherry on the cake" ice cream is VERY tasty.

In general, I like the cafe. Sometimes there are 40 minutes of free time in front of the theater, we go in. Delicious ice cream balls, delicious cappuccino. You can have a snack: French dogs, puffs, French fries, pizza... Last time there was a man at the checkout, he was very friendly and smiling. And today something out of the ordinary happened. The girl started making coffee, touched something, dropped it, broke it, spilled it, lost her temper, shouted for the cleaner, who was twice her age, and began to proofread her in front of us, the guests. It was very unpleasant to be present. I think this is the height of unprofessionalism, rudeness, just a lack of education! I am very ashamed of such an administrator. And it's a shame for an older woman. Even if she misplaced something, it's an internal "kitchen" that should be discussed behind closed doors. And shifting one's guilt onto another is very ugly, I'll even say low, mean. The mood soured.

A legendary cafe with a special atmosphere of the past :) Always delicious ice cream, coffee, cocktails and desserts. You can sit and enjoy the food inside, or you can take it out, which is an undoubted plus. The staff is polite and efficient. The place is great for both friendly and family gatherings.

My husband and I have a tradition - every time we visit Vitebsk, we definitely come here to eat ice cream. It's very tasty here! And a milkshake too. And they also serve ice cream in cremans "a la USSR".
I also want to clarify that the wrong opening hours are indicated in Yandex maps. In fact, the ice cream parlor is open from 10.00 to 22.00 daily.

Since childhood, my family and I have been going for delicious ice cream and atmosphere, but over time everything changes. The renovation was updated, but the boorish staff was left. We stood in line in a stuffy room where none of the two air conditioners work. It is almost impossible to breathe. The boorish girl at the bar did not even say hello in response to the greeting, while she could not properly weigh the ice cream, because a) she ignored the requests, b) she did not hear them. I practically threw the glasses with the horns on the counter. It's good that at least it's not in the face. I was disappointed with the visit.

We went to the Aurora cafe to order a table for the anniversary. We looked at the menu, looked around, the place for dancing is very small now. Previously, there was a podium for musicians where the bar and bar counter were. I didn't like these changes. The overall impression is like a dining room, ordinary tiles everywhere, there is no originality in the interior. The place is definitely not for a banquet. As a result, we chose flint By the way, we tried to find reviews about the Aurora cafe for the banquet, however, almost all reviews about the Aurora ice cream parlor, but these are different cafes with the same name, which is definitely misleading.
We also tried to find relevant photos, menus with prices, information about the music program - there is nothing.
If you had found reviews about the cafe and photos in advance, and not about the ice cream maker, you would not have wasted time for a visit.
