I ordered a minibus for my husband through the app. He had a business trip from Vitebsk to Brest, made the Vitebsk-Minsk and Minsk-Brest passage with connections. Why couldn't you have called in the evening of the previous day and warned that you were alone beforehand and maybe we wouldn't go. It is impossible to find transport in an hour, especially since the nearest trains and buses were in the afternoon and that is why this particular flight was booked for this time. I had to call a taxi, look for a passing car on the highway. As a result, my husband was late and threw away a lot of money. I will never contact this company again!!!!
