The worst thing that can happen is an attempt to sell a car through a motorhome.
Only the department that invites car owners works well. They rang and persuaded for a very long time. I decided to try it. There was a bad experience in 2018. But, 5 years have passed - it could have changed. But -no. They have a consistently disgusting job.
At first, I waited 3 hours for the registration, although the employee told me to arrive at a certain time and I would go at that time. Then the car stood for almost 2 months during this time, there was one message that the car was moved to another parking lot.
There are no explanations when the contract is terminated. According to fuel consumption, the car drove at least 100 km.

This story began with the fact that I posted an advertisement on various sites for the sale of my car. For a month, every week, various employees called me from the Call Center of the Motorhome. And they beautifully poured into my ears that they are the largest auto house in Belarus, that they sell a lot of cars, they will sell my car very quickly and for the price that I put up in the ad.
Well, these are all empty words....
After a month of calls from the Call Center of the motorhome, I decided to take it off and see how quickly the sale of my car would happen, because it was necessary to sell it urgently.
A contract was concluded for 60 days. It took them 7 days to prepare the car for sale, i.e. a week had already been lost.
The motorhome adds its own horse commission to the car, which makes the price of the car become higher and higher than the market.
The manager who will allegedly deal with the sale of your car will call you every week with a report))) I was told the following: we are in the top 10, there are few views from the site, no car calls, no parking views either)))) A month later, the price was reduced, but the situation has not changed.
Also, during the month, when the car was already standing on the site of the motorhome, the Call Center continued to call and offered to put the car on the site to them). I said that the car has been with you for a month and you can't sell it, to which they replied to me - we'll figure it out, some kind of mistake!!!!))))
They even have no relationship between the divisions))))
The car was not sold and 60 days were lost. The money was needed urgently!!!

I left the car for sale when I took it back from the parking lot to the Arena, (the lighting is very bad) walked around the car, everything seems to be fine, left.
My journey took about 20 minutes to get home. At home, I walked around the car again and found a scratch in normal light! I immediately called the Motorhome, they said there were no managers, the fact was fixed, they would dial tomorrow. The next day I waited until lunch, called myself, transferred to the head, he said I had to look carefully, you never know what I could do with the car in 20 minutes. They refused to watch the cameras and said goodbye culturally!
Now information for buyers: the description of the car does not correspond to reality, they write fairy tales without even communicating with the owners. (the format is like this, IT was 2000 years ago, one owner, the condition is new, everything is documented, etc.) Do not believe what they write and say, check additionally with others.

Advice to everyone, if there is an urgent sale and they insist on a discount, do not be fooled.
They won't tell you anything about the car, because they don't know, which is a minus for buyers.
Customers like my car and it pleases them that they were not upset when they found out my price.
When transferring a car to an auto house, get everything out, because then they will get it themselves and not the fact that they will give it to the future owner. I had to look for a fire extinguisher and an emergency stop sign in their warehouse. The new engine oil with a filter was completely gone, but the cost was compensated, although not immediately.
I don't know how other auto houses work, but it seems that the same way. Therefore, I will never buy a car for myself in an auto house or, even more so, from a reseller.

There are also problems with the calculation, no one explained properly how and what happens, the car was sold on Friday, received money only on Tuesday, the course is allegedly negotiated, but they give you money at the exchange rate of the currency, and not at the purchase rate, on which I lost another part of the amount from this entire event.this is not counting 3 trips per 3km in one direction
They promised to report every 5 days, in fact once a week, closer in the area from 21.00-22.00, which in my opinion is a little late
And the illusion that you will not deal with this issue by putting a car on commission has been dispelled, a lot of time and effort has been spent on supporting this event
