I contacted this service to change the O-rings on the radiator of the air conditioner and fill the system with refrigerant. As a result, the upper tip of the low-pressure tube was bent, and the lower tip was bent in the radiator. They referred to corrosion. Upon detailed inspection, there was not even a number on her. When it was proposed to disassemble the floor of the car to remove the radiator and weld the tips, it became clear that it was really the masters who bent the new tips on the tubes, or even twisted them in the radiators. The tips are bent directly along the groove under the O-ring, and they are broken along the same groove. Then they offer to disassemble the entire front in order to remove the radiator, get the broken tip, digest the two tubes, and they have their own welding area, everything is put on stream. If it weren't for the bent top tip, it might have rolled. When the master straightened the tip straight as he bent it, and clearly explained that it was not worth doing so. After the wind blew away, I ran to the management to warn them that the problem had come out. When I went to the office, if you can call it that, everyone turned red. While I was registering the complaint, the flow of people with handsets did not stop, and some handsets were also discussed on the phone. The manner of work is clear and this should not be ignored. I would strongly advise against repairing the air conditioning systems there, unless refueling is nothing more.

Applied to flush the system. They previously asked to buy a radiator and compressor. I arrived by appointment, immediately oriented by price (almost to the ruble, the final cost coincided with the projected one). It turned out that it was necessary to purchase a dehumidifier, which was not available for purchase. The spare parts consultant suggested an option to refine the commercially available dehumidifier, and agreed. I was pleasantly surprised, because not every service offers a solution to problems with the availability of spare parts in any other way except for multiple overpayments. That's a big plus. The other side of the coin is that by pre-purchasing a spare part before repair, it would be possible to avoid a delay in delivery, although this was not warned. The price included refueling the air conditioner and checking the tightness. During the repair, a dialogue was maintained and, in principle, the deadlines were not disrupted, this is also a plus. There was a problem to turn off the second circuit of the air conditioner, replace the tube and refuel the system. I came for the first time, found an advertisement. Within a couple of minutes, the diagnosis was made, the professionalism of the master was immediately visible. Before that, I visited 2 stations, everything is difficult there. They just don't get into the comparison. I was pleasantly surprised by the indicated price of the question. The craftsmen immediately took over the car as soon as the engine cooled down. The office offered to buy coffee. In general, everything is decent and customer-oriented. After 2 hours, the car was ready, everything works like clockwork, I'm freezing). The guys stayed at work for an hour and detained the cashier in order to finish. The master gave good advice and recommendations during the repair process, not only with regard to the air conditioner. Everything was professional and sincere. I will advise all adequate drivers and now only go there myself.

I visited this "service" in early June. There was a leak in the air conditioner tube, I even knew the exact place where. I came and showed them the place, they said ok. After 4 hours, they dialed and said that it was necessary to change the entire trench to high-pressure hoses, offered to wash the radiator, I agreed, they announced a price tag of $ 200. I came to pick up the car at the appointed time, the car is not ready, the air conditioner does not work, and the money for the diagnosis was paid, which in fact no one carried out. Terrible place and boorish staff! They gave the car away through a checkmate, paid empty money. The administrator drives an old minivan, which is completely rotten, but my 7-year-old car, according to him, turned out to be full of G. The conditions are terrible, everything is done in some kind of hangar with a current roof. I do not advise you to go there! They'll charge you money, but they won't solve the problem! The problem was solved by guys from another organization, they said not to contact such "specialists". My review is in the complaint book, be sure to read it! I have already applied to the Consumer Rights Society and several other state organizations. Wait for the subpoena!

I really don't want to wait for about 4 hours and pay a certain amount of money for it. Very terrible attitude towards customers!!!Learn to appreciate other people's time!!! As a result, I called the service on Babushkina Street (I don't remember the name of the organization). I also told them everything. Arriving there, I told the problem to the master, he told in detail what he would do and how, called the minimum amount of verification and the maximum amount of repair (it is advisable to repair it or not, it will be known after verification) They took me to the waiting area where I was pleasantly surprised. A cozy place with free Wi-Fi, TV, drinks (coffee, tea, water) and cookies with sweets. We did everything well and charged only for diagnostics (a small piece of something got into the nozzle) Learn from other people how to work and treat customers.

As if it wasn't the client who came, but the devil knows who. "Yes, we can, we'll do it then, or not, we can't, everything is busy for a month." Is it really so hard to say? I understand that no one is obliged to kiss my heels, but you work first with people, and then with technology. The only plus is a cool cat that was sitting on the desk of one of the employees.

Terrible service! I don't advise anyone! I came for diagnostics and repair of the air conditioner, we did it for three days, and as a result I got on the threshold coloring! To check the dehumidifier, it was necessary to remove the fender, crank the car accordingly and remove the wheel. So these would-be craftsmen lifted with a jack without an elastic band and bent and stripped the edge of the threshold! The most important thing is that I warned their masters that they should be carefully lifted by a lever or a stretcher. I foolishly paid for everything without looking, and when I pointed out the problem, I was like, write to the complaint book, make a claim, etc. The most unpleasant thing is that no one from the management even came out to look, like this is already your problem, and we have nothing to do here. The grief of the master was leveled with pliers and sprayed with bitumen mastic. And I was in a hurry to figure it out further. In the act of repairing the air conditioner, some nonsense was indicated - a restored compressor, and not what kind of work was carried out! I will write a claim and apply to the court as a result!
