There is a MOTORHAND store at this address, I purchased a product from them (an electric scooter) turned out to be of poor quality, in my opinion, the store employees do not know either the duties of the seller or the rights of the buyer, moreover, they are rude and misleading with their ignorance of the laws of the Russian Federation! apologies for the sale of low-quality goods and the subsequent illegal refusal to refund my funds did not bring! I returned the funds by submitting an appeal to ROSPOTREBNADZOR.... And then by writing a claim in which he demanded to return the funds referring to the norm of the law! I do not recommend this store to anyone, but if you decide to buy something there, then here's a life hack for you! If the store said that the product is guaranteed for half a year or any other time period, and you were not given a warranty card, then you have the right to demand warranty service for up to 2 years) This is spelled out in the Consumer Rights Act!
