There is no loyalty to customers, 5 years of car maintenance have gone down the drain. They threw out a book with service receipts, no call, no text message, although phone numbers and full names were indicated there. I asked to restore the story, they refer to all sorts of excuses, they also made me look like a fool. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, go there. No one cares about you or your car, just to make money.
