As a result, upon arrival, the manager's answer to the same question is no, we have a trading platform, not a service. Well, OK, let's put it down to my misunderstanding. The next question is already to the person being represented, as the director of the car dealership to a certain Sergei, do you accept payment from the Russian MIR card? First, a confident answer - of course! Then some calls to banks, approvals, then the issuance of two contracts to me - one "Pledge Agreement" which is asked to be paid by transfer from card to card, for two hundred and a half Belarusian rubles (which is the most interesting thing, this payment went without problems), but the second contract is already the purchase and sale of a car at its full cost the ads indicated on the website are handed to me and they say that I need to go with him to the bank's office and make a payment through him. There won't be any problems like that.
Moreover, when I asked Sergei if the amount of the deposit was included in the price of the car, he replied that, they say, after payment by PREP, the deposit would be returned to me. I go to the Sber office the next day first (I have a Sber card), in Sber they tell me we will charge you a commission of 15% of the transfer amount, try to go to the recipient's bank and pay there. I go to BelNarBank, but they tell me that they can't make such a payment at all. Then I withdraw the full amount in cash from the third bank (paying a horse 15% commission) and go to BayMotors with cash the next day.
Sergei is certainly not there. The managers accept the amount in cash from me and !Attention! A new PREP agreement is being drawn up, which includes the amount of the deposit. I say that they say there was another agreement with your director, after which they take the phone and leave the room (apparently so that I would not hear the conversation with Sergei). After a while, the manager returns and redoes the PREP again for the amount that was agreed earlier. Finally, having completed all the paperwork, I am handed a package of documents with car keys. And everything seems to be fine, but I'm asking a question about collateral. And then the manager answers me that they say the deposit is a payment for paperwork, although there is not a word about it in the pledge agreement. THE CURTAIN!
Since I am not from Belarus myself and I had neither the desire nor the opportunity to drag these scoundrels around the courts, I just took the car and left.
But that's not how they do it in a decent society. And for outright deception at the conclusion of the deal, this car dealership did not earn more than two stars.

The company is terrible.
We checked the car in the morning, everything was fine. We agreed to pay with a card in advance. Together with an employee of the car dealership, they made a payment at the bank's cash desk to a bank account. Upon arrival, it turned out that the owner of the car dealership had gone somewhere and accidentally took the keys, we were asked to wait a little. After 2-3 hours of waiting, standing near the car (we were not even offered to sit down), it turned out that they did not plan to give us the car, despite the presence of a receipt for payment, written-off funds (a considerable amount) and a car acceptance certificate, because the money was not credited to the checking account. After calling the police, they gave us the key to the car (4-5 hours after paying for the car), but they said they would give us the registration certificate only after the money was credited to the checking account. Without a technical passport, they began to take the car, because the money had already been paid, but there was no trust in this company anymore and it turned out that the manual transmission was broken (by the way, an employee of the car dealership left to remove the car from the register and disappeared for half a day, then arriving at the parking lot left the car in the middle of the street, we did not even attach importance to this, but and you could not inspect the car immediately before buying, because the key or the car itself was constantly missing). It was only a day later that they were able to pick up the registration certificate and take the car to the service station. The company also promised to produce a second key at their expense, which, of course, was not given away.

But there was another nuance, we were promised a set of winter tires, it was not in place, they promised to send it later, but as a result they merged and did not answer calls. In general, the salon is a lottery, and the people in it are cheap overbought, absolutely not worried about their reputation, let alone for you as a client.
