I have never left any feedback, but this case stunned and unpleasantly struck me… A few days ago, I applied to this service station on the recommendation of my good friend. The so-called "masters" when performing tire work on my car spoiled the NEW branded alloy wheels, leaving dents and deep scratches from the mounting in the edge area with the transition to the front surface of three of the four discs and partially peeling off the dark varnish from the front surface of the discs. When trying to point out the fact of damage after 30 minutes (I did not immediately pay attention to the condition of the disks, as I was sure of high-quality service), I was faced with a boorish, simply disgusting attitude towards the client from the staff and owners of the service station. The employees and owners of the service station are not responsible for their work, they do not want to take any responsibility for their actions. There is a boorish attitude when trying to point out mistakes. P.S.: I showed the result of the work of this tire repair at the official service center, quote: "whoever did this, his hands grow from the wrong place."
