Theory is taught well, however, if you like "learning" as in the seventh grade, when the teacher forces you to teach at home and belittles the whole group for skipping due to illness, or even expels you from the class for sneezing. Having reached the exam in the traffic police, 90% passed the theory, but only 1 person passed driving in the city. At the retake of driving in the city, the figure remained the same.
