We visited the bus station in Chausy many times. In the building (far from the ticket office) there is a paid toilet, payment is made at the cash register and the funny thing is that the cash register is closed for a break, or there is a long queue at the cash register...

Lack of order: Constant bus delays. None of the staff provides information about the reasons and the waiting time.Staff: Employees are rude and do not help solve problems. I asked a question and received rudeness in response. I have never seen SUCH an attitude towards people at more than one bus station!

Are you serious? It's not a building, it's a horror.
I just want to draw attention to the ancient doors, the gnawed furniture and the terrible staff.
In the waiting room, the door that leads to the street has no handle at all. The furniture inside the waiting room is gnawed.
The most spacious room there is a pharmacy, most likely, and then sometimes.
