The first and probably the last time I applied to this office. I made the order in advance - the part was not in Minsk, I chose according to the brand of the car. In fact, it does not fit, it was needed 2 times more. There are no questions about delivery, but here's what you can't refuse - this is the first time I've come across it. I have applied repeatedly, I will not do it anymore, the booking rules are not written anywhere on the site, the manager did not specify anything about the booking rules, I took 2 of the 3 spare parts, the 3rd one was automatically removed from the reservation, no one talks about it, the manager did not call back and did not specify whether it was possible to give the reserved hch to another client, on the phone, communication is polite, but I was surprised by the phrase "the situation is stalemate" the manager does not offer to dial if a new batch arrives at a similar price, the offer is only to take 50% more expensive and there are no solutions and apologies either.They sold the reserved position and everything is fine with them.The complaint book is only for the issuance department, there are no questions for them, I did not write a complaint. The unpleasant residue remained.

Review at the moment: they have repairs inside, everything has moved to the second floor, it is especially unclear where to turn when you arrive. The refund is generally somewhere on the reverse side, for this you need to walk 300 meters there for delivery and back for money. It's a long time to wait, it's cool, uncomfortable ... I hope they will fix the situation after the repair.

Previously, the refund was in place! I thought that everything was nearby, nothing like that, I had to carry this two-mass "kick-ass how heavy" 500 meters!!! When I brought it to the return point, they asked me what was wrong with it?! I said he's not a worker! I've heard something similar from other car owners. The conclusion is that they do not know how to disassemble a car, they break down completely still living spare parts. If you manage to get to them, be vigilant, or better yet, do not get to them if you do not want to "get in" for time and money.
