We conducted a computer diagnosis, called and said that yes, the element that I said really does not work, because it was already indicated earlier on another service station. "It takes a long time to fix / change, we won't have time in half a day, but pay 50 rubles for computer diagnostics." It's a little expensive for me to be told what I already knew. I will not go to them anymore. P.S. By the way, for repairs in the future, they indicated an amount more than they took in Sauber in Minsk

When the car was issued, he asked to be called as they would lift it to the lift, as a result, they called when, like, everyone looked at the payment at the cashier) when asked why they were not called, they replied that they had forgotten, let's raise the lift already occupied! naturally, they did not find an extraneous sound, they referred to the fact that you have a full trunk, you need to spread everything, drive and listen "for the first time I found out that the diagnosis of the chassis is done by ear" 😢 According to personal feelings, the sound was like something not twisted or unscrewed) so they sent it with a bang, they did not stop at this miracle service and drove into another one where they really examined it in my presence and immediately found the reason without unloading personal belongings from the trunk, these are the woe of the masters at the YUZHNY AUTO CENTER!!! In addition to the words, I attach a photo! I hope to hear comments from the management of the center!!!

The generator broke down on the way from Minsk to Grodno, it so happened that the battery ran out so that the trunk did not open and the shelf was raised - BMW e71 - there was no access to the akum. Change / charge.
I didn't know who understands BMW in Grodno - I found this company, drove up, agreed that a tow truck would bring a car to them.
Minuses:
1. The master receptionist Pavel did not enter into the situation (I am not from Grodno, I had to quickly resolve the issue of repair), zombie answers to all questions and so on. The 2nd master heard the conversations, connected, I do not remember his name, the conversation went in a completely different direction, polite and help-oriented, it is clear that one and the other had the same thing washed away, bring it - we will continue to look, but when a person has a difficult situation - I want sympathy, not The answer is that we may look at your car in 4 days, or maybe tomorrow, everything is busy.
In total, working with a client in the service sector is our everything, especially since the price is high and we are aimed at the premium segment of cars
2. Price - in Minsk, the cost of completed work is 30% less
3. Recommendation - it would be very cool to get into a clean car after repairs. Taking into account the prices of 10/20 rubles, you will not notice - but it would be very nice 🙌, as in AUTOIDEA - a clean car when you pick it up
Positive
1. In total, the car was made in 5 hours after Acceptance, for which thank you very much
2. The guys understand what a BMW is, they know the moments and subtleties
3. Electrics can be repaired on site, the Frm Unit, generator, and so on can be repaired - which is very cool, the repair time is shortened and you don't have to look for someone who can do what they don't do at a service station - it's convenient.

Summary - if you have a BMW, I recommend the service, they do it well, quickly. The guys are in the topic - which is especially nice for BMW.
Expensive - but clear. It is better to do it 1 time and well than to finish it later and so on.

I am glad that residents of Grodno can safely own a BMW.

To say that this BMW is underserved means there is nothing to say!!! The prices are three times more than in ordinary S.T.O. They do not know how to do anything! They do it badly! You arrive in a serviceable car, you leave with a faulty one! Either the sensor was forgotten to be inserted, the nut was not tightened, or something else-forget it!
