The bus station leaves an extremely unpleasant impression. An uncomfortable waiting room with wooden seats, an unused second floor and an uncomfortable temperature regime create discomfort. The presence of a pleasant cafe and convenient storage rooms does not compensate for the obvious shortcomings of the infrastructure. The lack of a free toilet is a glaring omission. The paid toilets in the cold basement are a terrifying sight: dirty, smelly, with worn-out toilets and urinals from the Soviet era. It seems that no funds are allocated at all for the maintenance of bathrooms. The behavior of the cashier in the toilet, extorting passage fees and manipulating the turnstile (he asks for money, opens the turnstile halfway with his own hands and asks to get through, and then returns the turnstile to its original position- at the exit in the same way), exacerbates the already negative impression. This level of unprofessionalism and arrogance is simply unacceptable. In general, the bus station offers a minimal set of services, but the quality of these services is at an extremely low level. I do not recommend visiting this place. It is better to use the mobile application and order a minibus or bus yourself.

Clean, but poor. The architecture is original and attractive. But in general, this is a typical medium-sized bus station- ticket offices + a set of market-type kiosks, including hot dogs. There's nowhere to sit down for a proper snack before departure. Thanks for the sockets. But the toilet is too expensive 1 = 20, moreover, in order to get into it, you still need to overcome a high staircase. It costs 0=50 in a grocery store nearby. I'm not saying that it should be free, at least for passengers.

I came to buy a ticket for the return trip to Bobruisk St. Petersburg and was unpleasantly surprised that buses run three times a week, although the website stated that every day!! the ticket office said that this was an illegitimate carrier with whom they did not have a contract (((and I have to rebuild my plans!! I arrive at the train station at the specified time and what I see instead of a comfortable bus is a minibus!! I was in shock! I walk in and there's a man sitting in my seat. The city of Bobruisk is rather big, has quite significant enterprises, but the appearance and condition of the station wants to leave the best. This is not the "face of the city" that a guest of the city should see first when visiting the city by bus/minibus. The station is not that stuck in the past, but it seems to have been forgotten about.

I bought a ticket for myself and my child, they sold seats separately at the ticket office. When I asked which platform the bus departs from to Moscow, I replied that I was not a dispatcher. The scoreboard with the schedule is prehistoric, probably has not changed since its construction, and the ticket offices themselves, ancient as G....vno mammoth. This machine is used very irrationally, there are a lot of empty areas. As for the bus station, today, 10% of the building area would be enough. The outlets inside make it even uglier. There are train stations that you walk and admire, but you don't even want to go to this one again, only when you need it. Even the neighboring railway station, after renovation, has become much more interesting, more modern and more beautiful.

Even the clock in the center of the hall "died" and was dismantled. There is only one name left from the station, it has outlived itself in terms of work and profitability, because many flights were canceled, passengers hitchhike, namely Bobruisk - Svetlogorsk, there is nothing to get to Parich, or if you leave at lunch, you will not return back that day, even if you walk, it's a complete inconvenience, really it's impossible make a flight from Bobruisk to Parichi in the morning and return passengers in the evening, and not at 15.00 I think many people have questions about transport, bring life back to the station when they take some measures!!!!!
