It's not a bad train station. Everything is neat, clean, the ticket offices work quickly, if there are queues, then everything goes quickly. But there is one thing - there is no information desk at the station, it is very inconvenient, you have to stand in line at the cashier and distract him from his direct duties and delay passengers in buying tickets. And yet - the schedule of all buses is very poorly located, inconvenient and very poorly readable.

Cleanliness in the cities of Belarus amazes all guests! Well done Belarusians! I come to Borisov every year. This year, the cafe in the bus station was pleased, especially children like it: a good range of products and cultural service. Thanks!

1 star, just for the fact that the bus station building is standing. The service leaves much to be desired, huge queues accumulate at the ticket offices not because of the high turnover of transport, but because of employees who solve personal problems at the workplace. Drivers have a boorish attitude, it's not the first time I've come across a situation where a driver doesn't have change. But they always came to a compromise, in the latter case, the bus driver Borisov-Pleshchenitsy, considered it necessary to be rude to me and tell me to walk 50 km if I did not have money without change (I bought a ticket from the driver, because computers did not work at the ticket offices of the bus station).
I have previously encountered situations when they punch a ticket for 0.56, but take the full cost (6.48) or when they say from 10 p that there is no change, and now you are already going for 10 rubles, instead of 6.48.
When the bus leaves 15-20 minutes earlier from the stop and you are standing 50 km from home, in winter And you're looking for friends by car to come pick you up.
There is no respect from the word at all !
Dear administration, why do you hire these people if they don't want to work there!?
