And yet - the schedule of all buses is very poorly located, inconvenient and very poorly readable.

The service leaves much to be desired, huge queues accumulate at the ticket offices not because of the high turnover of transport, but because of employees who solve personal problems at the workplace. Drivers have a boorish attitude, it's not the first time I've come across a situation where a driver doesn't have change. But they always came to a compromise, in the latter case, the bus driver Borisov-Pleshchenitsy, considered it necessary to be rude to me and tell me to walk 50 km if I did not have money without change (I bought a ticket from the driver, because computers did not work at the ticket offices of the bus station).
I have previously encountered situations when they punch a ticket for 0.56, but take the full cost (6.48) or when they say from 10 p that there is no change, and now you are already going for 10 rubles, instead of 6.48.
When the bus leaves 15-20 minutes earlier from the stop and you are standing 50 km from home, in winter And you're looking for friends by car to come pick you up.

Автовокзал после реконструкции и ремонта изменился до неузнаваемости.на платформах появились электронные табло.открылись пункты быстрого питания.есть туалеты правда платные.удобная парковка.рядом две автобусные остановки с максимальным количеством автобусов и маршруток.поблизости два ТЦ-клад наполеона и е-сити.также много магазинов и универмаг ВЕСТА.зал ожидания и платформы оборудованы скамейками на которых можно отдохнуть и подождать свой маршрут.вежливый и культурный персонал.

Туалеты не проверял. Ремонт приемлимый, ничего не менялось уже 3 год, очереди не всегда большие, обычно открыто не менее двух касс. Чисто опрятно, мест хватает, за углом есть магазинчик с консервативными ценами, как раз взять что нибудь перекусить. Парковки только на такси хватает, но напротив у весты тоже есть, если что ставьте машину там, вроде как даже камера есть.

Теплый уютный автовокзал,есть буфет, магазин, кофейный аппарат.Есть туалет, открывается довольно рано(чуть раньше 6) и закрывается поздно.В час пик бывают проблемы с терминалом в кассах,а так все отлично.

Все классно, кассы многочисленные, обслуживание быстрое, чёткое. Есть, где и чем перекусить, хорошие скамьи и выход на платформу. Но: смущает платный туалет - это нарушение законодательства по обеспечению социальных потребностей, надо бы обесценить.

Кафе безобразные. Цены как в Москве.Ассортимент явно не рассчитан на простых жителей сельской местности каких большая часть.Туалет очень дорогой.расписание маршруток только с лупой прочитаешь просто листок.В инете вообще информации достоверной нет.И вообще очень мрачно, темно,неуютно внутри

Котеевой И.В. хочу сделать замечание , покупая билет до Жодино в 8:04 она продала мне билет на 8:15 , я поинтересовалась сразу не идёт ли маршрутка какая-нибудь раньше , на что было молчание, лишь со второго раза соизволила барыня ответить , сказать мест свободных нет . Выйдя на платформу была полупустая маршрутка на 8:09 , в чем была проблема продать билет на это время ?
