Minibus Minsk-Borisov 500 numbers TEX 7417 at 20:24 on June 18. The driver of your bus station took people from the end of the queue past the ticket office on an "additional flight" before reaching the passenger boarding point. Terrible queues on Fridays for 1.5-3 hours. It is better to use another service in advance than to use these "let me down the wheels" class services. For a city with a population of 160 thousand people, it is quite a decent train station. Modern, there is a small waiting room, food outlets. Minibuses run in the main direction of Minsk with a break of no more than 15 minutes.

I got into a situation when the flight is at 15-51, and the transport leaves in 48-49 minutes, I heard only rudeness from the cashier. The second flight is on 16-01, the transport was delayed for 5 minutes. Weather conditions can be allowed, but rudeness should not be allowed.

The building is renovated, so it looks fresh and tidy externally. There is enough space for a seat inside. Not all classes accept payment by bank card, which causes unpleasant situations. The prices for buses and minibuses are too much for your wallet, but since there is not much choice, you have to put up with it. This is generally the only disadvantage, because the buses and minibuses that are there are quite cozy and good. There is a coffee machine in the waiting room. The toilet is paid (at the end, from the street; therefore, I recommend free ones at the E-City shopping center nearby, but from 8 a.m.). The schedule is hanging too high, and its font does not allow you to read the top 10 lines or so. It would be good to hang a clock above the cash registers. There is no TV for those waiting. Bus service announcements are only in Russian, which is strange. It closes significantly before the last bus leaves, which is also not the case.
