I really like this bus station. It is not crowded, there is a cozy cafe where they sell delicious pancakes) I always buy if I go to my parents. Tickets to Moscow can be purchased at the Bus Station. All cashiers are very attentive. And a huge plus is that there is a train station nearby.

It feels like every 15 minutes throughout the week I go and ask about ATMs and toilets. And I would understand if a person is busy and I'm getting under my arm. But to nervously shift your gaze from the phone to me, of course, I'm sorry.. It is not enough to serve the toilet and pretend to be the director of the sanitary unit, so there should be a base for communicating with people. Just some woman working in the toilet can leave "pleasant" impressions about the city.

Especially about those who have buses on time after 22.00. the bus station is closed and in bad weather it is inconvenient and uncomfortable to wait outside. There is no security at all. As a girl, it would be safer for me to wait for the bus in a building with security, especially when there are no people except you. And the toilet does not work around the clock, and what should I do if I need to? Should I go behind the building or where? There are also no ponduses if you are traveling with a heavy bag on wheels. The only advantage is that it is located close to the train station.
