There was also a homeless man sleeping there, it was impossible to stay in it, no matter how cold we were. Inside there is a souvenir shop and one cafe where they make good coffee. Nearby there is Parking, several cafes with Wi-Fi. Toilets are paid for on the street, they are small, and there are often queues in them. It is better to spend as little time at the bus station as possible, come and go. There is an Aurora shopping center nearby, which saved you from the cold in winter.

The station is generally nice and clean. The ticket offices are all open, the queues are small.
I liked the exit to the platform. The only thing is that the exits to the 1,2,3 platforms are indicated. And I had 5 platforms. There was no information inside the station about where it was or how to get through. For visitors to the city, you need to put up signs. And yet, there is a small wish for the toilet- please do it inside the train station, not outside.

I agree with many reviews , unfortunately it leaves much to be desired . Like the terrible sidewalks and also not comfortable conditions at the train station. And above all, not a professional attitude to work. They sell tickets that do not match the carrier's route. The cashier, N.N. Burkin , sold the ticket for the flight , and the drivers of the carrier, M. Belokrylova .They have no idea where they are supposed to take the passenger. Check-ins at the ticket office, check-ins with the dispatcher on boarding about the flight, do not guarantee where you will be taken. The ticket says one thing, and the drivers make up their route along the way. Or they can leave without you at all.

arrived at this point at 6 a.m.. If you are not a local and this is your first time in the glorious city of Lugansk.. Well, to put it mildly, nothing is clear.. It's still dark.. there is lighting.. but there is little clarity on the ground..We are like these (resembling abandoned baby penguins..Winter, I'm sorry.. therefore, the penguins) were about 5 people.. huddled together.. It is not clear where to go.. Roaming phone number(I have beeline.. to hell with it, the main thing is somehow.. those standing next to me have zero communication at all..)
We were lucky with a man who looked like he was passing by, he pointed our group of penguins in the direction where to go.
After walking a short distance, you get to the station building..
This building is of grandiose proportions if you keep it in mind.. that this is a bus station.. airports are not everywhere of such size))
I would really like to see this bus station in its prime.
Oh well, aside from the lyrics..
The first thing that struck me.. very poor and modest lighting..And the cold.. This is the first time in my life that such a cold station has been built..
there is a small room.. where it's a little warmer (the warm room is called)..
As I understand it, there are no sanitary rooms inside the station..

It's just terrible how cashiers behave in communication. The cashier from cashier 4 was rude to my spouse, and this is probably considered the norm, but her level of intelligence leaves much to be desired. She doesn't realize that communicating with clients requires politeness. When my husband went to another cashier, she started calling a colleague, discussing us as if we were the subject of her displeasure. If she had responded with kindness, we would not have had to check the information with another specialist. I made a comment, but no one reacted to it. My shock is hard to describe. They were provoking conflict out of thin air, even though it was her duty to answer questions. The station sells newspapers, toys and other nonsense typical of the 90s. I was trying to get money for a magnet when I heard the stall clerk commenting on me with displeasure. The rudeness, impoliteness, and illiteracy are simply astounding. Yandex, please post my review so that others know that it is better to take a sedative before communicating with the cashier.

The ticket was changed, I went to my bus, the driver checks the tickets, and as a result, the cashier gave me the wrong date. The bus was already leaving, I had to pay him, too, but I still wanted to go home. I tried to call an out-of-touch number. There was an unpleasant situation once:- The cashier punched the advance ticket a month later and it turned out 5 minutes before departure. I want to leave a negative review on the cashier of the Lugansk bus station (she refused to give her full name, works at the ticket office in the bus station hall, a plump woman with curly dark hair), who refused to return the ticket Lugansk-Rostov 2 hours before departure. Plans changed and we decided to take an earlier flight. We paid for tickets with a card, and a receipt from the payment (it was a receipt, not a ticket) we didn't save it. This rule is not written anywhere, neither on the website nor in the bus station itself, and when we bought tickets, no one told us this. There is no information about this on the tickets either. This cashier rudely refused us, almost threw the tickets back, shouted, was rude, said that "congratulations that we can't refund the money for the ticket" and that "she doesn't care that there is no information about it anywhere." We bought tickets for an earlier flight in advance through the website, and were late for it, so there was no time to continue the conflict, unfortunately.
