I had an unpleasant experience with this company. I ordered brushes for a hitachi generator. We discussed the amount by phone, the deadline, and the quantity. When the text message came, I immediately went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I stood in line for half an hour. And then it started. Firstly, the product did not match the declared quantity: instead of a set of two brushes, one was taken out). I think I'll take one.But that was not the case... It turned out that the price was higher than the one previously discussed by phone with Elena's manager. I'm starting to figure it out, everything is being dumped on the computer. In general, I spent my precious time, nerves, and fuel, standing in traffic, and left on principle with nothing. In fact, there are a lot of more conscientious companies in Grodno engaged in the supply of spare parts for foreign cars, and the prices will be more interesting. Good luck on the roads!

I contacted this "company" to search for a tire for a car... The first one on the list immediately fell out! I think I'm lucky! And the price is normal and the availability seems to be well, just a miracle! I ordered it, I wrote it once... silence... the second time... I should have thought about it and refused, but a message came from a bot like... pay for the order for further conversation no payment no product! Well, I think not such great money like...Tomorrow I wrote to the seller, silence, the second time I write to me the address was reset, like, come there the goods... I came in, two guys are sitting, the girl is not there, the goods are on the table - take them yourself... I took the SHREW and looked at it, the box was not the first freshness, the clamps were strange, the duster was so-so and there was no tube of lubricant... this is a surprise, I think, probably the price is low... Everything became clear on the installation ... The SHREW did not fit the size... I called the guys anyway, it doesn't fit on the box, there are no sizes and therefore I didn't know this, let's replace it, everything is OK, bring it and see. I brought it, I show it and then it started, I chose it myself and not us, we only deliver the goods and the box is some kind of dirty fingerprint... We won't take this, then we'll talk. I took it away, took a wet napkin and let's rub the box that is trying to crumble and read a nameplate like this is China! So that's what it's all about! Here is such an office! Friends, it is better to buy spare parts for a car from normal stores where warranty, certificates, and quality are guaranteed.

They asked to make a discount or refund the money (they sent a screenshot of the receipt along with a video of the details). In response, there are no discounts , we do not give a guarantee, we do not accept refunds. In general, if this office gives you a defective product and then says it couldn't be, don't be surprised, this is the norm for them. I don't believe that whoever sent it didn't notice that water was pouring out of it. Either storekeeper Igor did not check the goods before shipping, or store director Elena forced him to "close his eyes tightly" and send the goods of inadequate quality to the customer.
