Although I have prepared my documents fully and duly, I have not received any explanation as to why the rejection decision was made. I felt completely alone and unattended. A professional lawyer should have at least explained the process to his client in a transparent way. He gave the impression that he left behind my case and only took his money. I definitely do not recommend it."
