A wonderful Class A business center, I would even say A+++.
The ventilation system is really perfectly configured, it's easy to check its operating status: if it buzzes, it means it's working, and you're not far from the vent chamber; if you can't hear it, it means either you're far from the vent chamber, or it's turned off. The volume of air supplied is also excellent: it makes you not stay indoors too long, but go outside more often to breathe in fresh air. The temperature is as unpredictable as a windy girl: it can be cold when it's not hot enough, it can be warm when it's summer heat, but it can also be very suitable.
The views from the windows are magnificent: rows of prefabricated houses and the constantly rumbling freight trains passing along the nearby railway really set up a working mood. Not like these green squares, where you want to escape for the whole day.
The number of parking spaces nearby is very limited, which gives a great incentive to move more and protect the environment, getting to work not by a personal chugging chaise, but by public transport.
For those who are not so concerned about the environment, there is also an attached parking lot. The interiors of the parking lot themselves are designed in a strict industrial style and professionally aged - the building is only two years old, but the interiors of the parking lot look 50 years old. A separate attraction is elevators for lifting cars to the desired level. The absence of information panels with the number of the elevator level perfectly trains intuition. And the narrow passage on the street, which is used to enter flat parking lots, despite the signs, additionally develops a sense of mutual assistance to others who signal to you standing waiting for the elevator, as well as the skills of maneuvering in a confined space in reverse.
In general, I highly recommend it. I've worked here for 2 years, and I'd like another 10.

Great place) there are a lot of gyms and a lot of gyms with different sports directions. There are coolers with water. Showers and a small steam room are available. I recommend it)

A good business center right next to the metro, I would say relatively new even.
Also, if your office is upstairs, on floor 11, for example, then almost the whole of Minsk will be visible and it's beautiful!
Of the disadvantages, this is a parking lot that is made and adjacent to the office, and if there is no parking space, then the situation becomes even worse.
