this is a terrible hotel, the owner came to our room and almost attacked us because we asked him to change the iron, because we didn't want to walk in rumpled clothes from a suitcase, in the end they refused to help us, so we went down to the reception to find out if there was anyone downstairs and maybe he can help us, no one was there, so we asked the other guests to help us. in Whatsapp, the host immediately wrote to us "why do you go to disturb other guests, leave now." can you imagine? we tried to explain that we had nothing to go in, as the iron leaks out and makes our clothes wet, but he ran to our room, started yelling at us, pulled the iron out of the socket and threw it on the floor, started throwing our things out of the room... I will NEVER recommend this place to you, since the owner is angry here, he said that we broke the iron, although we have videos that we sent him to prove that the iron is leaking.
after the nurse helped to resolve the situation, they brought us an iron, but no one apologized
my fiance wrote a review on Google about them, but the hotel wrote to us from another room after that and threatened that he had photos of our passports ahhah. therefore, I also decided to leave a review: never come here if you don't want to feel in danger, they are inadequate, such are the hospitable people in this hotel
it is always important for us to treat someone else's property carefully, we did not want anything bad, we waited for help, but we only received aggression
