I bought a two-room apartment in Levada from them. If I had known in advance what kind of office it was, I would not have bought it.
The sales department works in the worst Soviet traditions, I have not seen such indifference on the verge of rudeness for a long time.
On July 9th, the apartment was rented: all the plaster was peeling off on two walls, the vetilation did not work, the floor was lined in three large places with bumps, two double-glazed windows were scratched, the front door was scratched anutri and outside.
The final acceptance was held on July 31st. Iron HASN'T DONE ANYTHING IN three weeks. As a result, I spent my time, the time of a construction specialist, to see how nothing had changed.
Naturally, I did not sign the acceptance certificate and went to the office for an explanation.
