I bought a two-room apartment in Levada from them. If I had known in advance what kind of office it was, I would not have bought it.
The sales department works in the worst Soviet traditions, I have not seen such indifference on the verge of rudeness for a long time.
On July 9th, the apartment was rented: all the plaster was peeling off on two walls, the vetilation did not work, the floor was lined in three large places with bumps, two double-glazed windows were scratched, the front door was scratched anutri and outside.
The final acceptance was held on July 31st. Iron HASN'T DONE ANYTHING IN three weeks. As a result, I spent my time, the time of a construction specialist, to see how nothing had changed.
Naturally, I did not sign the acceptance certificate and went to the office for an explanation. There, in the usual manner for Iron, they told me: "Sign the act, and then we'll figure it out, it wasn't us who arranged the enterprise, but our general contractor, and deal with him." In general, this is a distinctive feature of this company - all their shoals, these are not their shoals, but someone else's.

The hiring, acceptance of apartments and MOPS always take place at an inconvenient time for working people; it is reported that these events will be held in a day or two. In case of disagreement, it is impossible to negotiate with employees in a good way, they almost immediately send them and say that they have all the rights. In general, I do not recommend buying an apartment from them. It is better to buy a secondary one, so as not to spend 3 months fiddling with the Iron during the creation of the HOA and the acceptance of the apartment.

Consultations in the office by appointment and only during their working hours. But I can't. What prevents you from adjusting the schedule to your clients. Since you are only working by appointment, adjust to the customers. And at least on Saturday so that I could come to you.
I work in sales myself, it's amazing how many potential customers are eliminated due to the lack of customer orientation.
