I have been vacationing since 2017, I liked everything until I arrived in the summer of 2021.Let's start with the dining room, everything was fine, but they made a rearrangement, because of this it is not clear who is where and why, it resembles a barn during a meal.Meal...they began to cook terribly, the menu is terrible.Enclosures: The 1st building is better than the 2nd, but only the 1st floor.there is practically no water on the 4th floor.how to swim is unclear.
The territory is beautiful, there is nothing to say.I hope they keep it. In the evenings there used to be always discos, in the last two years every other day.It got boring because there was nowhere else to go.
I'm disappointed.Thanks for those years until 2020, but I won't be coming back.

good day everyone!!! I'll start with the pros... The territory is beautiful, there are peacocks, chickens, storks, ducks and fish in the fountain. The sea is super. According to the numbers , everyone has their own (you have to pay for the amenities). For some, the third building was the limit of dreams.
Regarding nutrition, everyone has their own way here too.... It's okay for some, not so good for others, but you won't go hungry.
Minuses.
1. Cars on site... there is parking for this, well, at least where there is an excursion carline.. What are the privileges of driving around the territory.
2. The location of the playground next to the parking lot and the road. You can plant a bindweed in the length of the parking lot fence in order to brighten up the presence on the playground.
3. Staff. There are no uniforms (You can at least order them T-shirts with the boarding house label). It is not clear where the vacationers are where the staff is. And to teach the staff to smile, after all, it is pleasant for us vacationers to look at smiling faces (of course, I understand that vacationers are not a gift either) but you are working so that we rest.
2a. It is not acceptable (this is the rule everywhere) when the staff is resting with vacationers.
3. Cafe, barbecue, I want to fry a barbecue, I don't want to. After all, he is sitting at a table and resting, having a conversation. I am generally silent about the professional skills of cafe employees.
4. Allocate places for smokers.
5. Animation For children is generally a separate song. Where did you find this girl?????? Communication with children is at zero, can't connect a couple of words, picks up games out of age, music during games with children for some reason is not played by children. She is also dressed in what she wears on weekdays, without any distinctive shape (so some aunt came and mutters something there). I don't even understand why she gets paid. She also conducts aqua aerobics at sea for adults. There is no enthusiasm , there is no positive at all. Definitely fire him. (This is not just my opinion).
6. Dear heads of the Aitar boarding house, please buy trolleys for the waiters to collect dishes and take out food (this will protect both vacationers and staff). It will be much more convenient and will make the work easier. I don't think you'll incur a lot of costs.
If you are going to go on an excursion to the "Ritsa Lake", you will be taken to a honey tasting.... do not buy in any case, you can buy, like me, a sweet substance far from similar to honey.

The hotel is convenient for its location: not far from the sea (passage through an underground passage), within walking distance of a shop and a restaurant. The beach is clean and belongs to the hotel, so outsiders are not allowed there. The hotel is clean, you can see peacocks, rabbits, ducks. The trees, shrubs and lawn are well maintained. There is also a shop on the territory of Aitar, two cafes with music. Three meals a day - buffet, I think it's very convenient and practical! The waiters are polite and pleasant, keep the room clean, and help with the selection of dishes. Sending excursions from the hotel is convenient, especially for those who came here for the first time to relax. Thank you for a great stay!!

Good day to all! Now everyone is looking for very cheap tours and at the same time they want a sky-high service. When choosing hotels and boarding houses, everything is visible in the photo and in the description. And many people know that in Abkhazia, the number of rooms with a luxurious renovation is fantastic. People meet, feed, etc. for pennies. Tune in to the beautiful warm sea, the incomparable park and the rest will be wonderful! And looking for cons is a simple matter, but thankless. If someone is waiting for daily cleaning, then read the hotel's star rating register. Not everywhere and not always. Clean where there is no litter! We were on May 2021 with a tour group.
Very, very modest. Hello, scoop. But for the amount it cost, it's a shame to ask for something more.
Modest rooms, old beds. On the first day, I had an accident, my bed fell apart.
Old plumbing ,combined bathroom,everything is minimalistic. However, everything is in working order. Room facilities: wardrobe, two single beds (normal mattresses), snow-white bed linen. There are balconies in each room. TV, refrigerator, bedside table,2 glasses,2 plates. Lumpy soap, nothing else was given out.

Terrible place, terrible attitude. We arrived at night, we were settled in some kind of containers. There is no Wi-Fi. The hotel did not go to a meeting in any way. They offered to move into non-buildings with unmade rooms and cockroaches for an additional fee. I'm shocked. We are urgently looking for other vacation accommodation. Thank you very much for the spoiled face of Abkhazia

Come on vacation!! The boarding house is good, the territory is large by passes and a diesel generator is available - this is if the light is turned off ..! Aitar - for example, on our beach - they give free sun beds, umbrellas, a jet ski and other entertainment there (diving, rafting, helicopter ride can be organized ..) + cafe , there is a shower , change clothes where and 00 cabin. A lifeguard is sitting and buoys are at sea - just like in Soviet times! by the way, the paramedic is on duty until the evening...
On the territory of the Aitar Park boarding house, peacocks, ducks, decorative birds, fish in the pond, horses graze in the tangerine garden (those who wish to ride - for a fee).. 3D cinema, billiards, gym,table tennis , multifunctional sports ground (volleyball , basketball , mini-football), there is a cafe, a national park.kitchen and restaurant and shop(grocery and gift ) Three times a day, animators play with children and then a disco and soloists sing live.. and the food is Swedish or canteen No. 2 (in fact), the locals are not allowed on the territory - access control. Water and light are autonomous!! there is also a building: a hairdresser , a medical massage room , a dentist and other offices. There is also a sauna + phyto barrels and a swimming pool in the same place... The excursions are recorded according to your choice.. thermal hydrogen sulfide ( therapeutic ) springs...

A great hotel for Sukhum. The ratio of price and quality. Three meals a day are included. Private beach with sun beds. The territory is located in an arboretum, so there is a lot of greenery. Excellent location, close to the city center. The territory has its own arboretum park, very clean and beautiful. Peacocks walk around the territory, as in oriental fairy tales. The staff is very friendly. The staff in the dining room are great fellows, everything is very tasty. The territory is under guard, the beach is private from the boarding house - you can walk through the underpass. In general, a beautiful country, friendly people and a gentle sea.

I want to tell you about my vacation in Aitara. The sea is clean, the beach is not big , cozy, closed, only for vacationers , I consider it a big plus.The boarding house itself is from the time of the USSR, but at the same time cozy, the rooms are also like from the Soviet past, nevertheless air conditioners are present. A mirror only in the bathroom is not convenient.And there was a buffet about the food: monotonous, boring, I can't say that it's not tasty, but it's not interesting. But in the cafes that are located on the territory of the boarding house everything is delicious , beautiful , not expensive! Overall, I liked everything well.

We had a vacation with my husband and grandson in July 2018. Everyone is happy. Nature, the sea - everything is like in a fairy tale.An unforgettable impression remained. The staff is attentive and kind. I was very worried about nutrition. My husband is capricious in food, picky, but he was also pleased with the variety on the menu. Good day!! We would like to thank all the staff of the boarding house for the warm welcome in June. Amazing people and atmosphere reign in every corner of this wonderful place, which from the first minutes falls in love with itself forever. Thanks separately for organizing children's recreation, and, of course, safety, leaving children on the territory is not scary even at a late hour. And, most importantly!!! This is a Table!!!
