The attitude towards the customer is terrible. I made an order, and the next morning I just received an SMS with one word: "refusal". I tried to get through – they're hanging up. No one's been calling back all day. I called in the evening, the manager explained in a monotone voice that the product was not suitable for cars. When asked why they didn't call back, I just asked: "Do you want to pick it up or not?" Conclusion: there is no service, there is no interest in retaining the client either.
