Never contact the AZBUKAVET veterinary clinic in Grodno. They have a lot of equipment, but during the day of admission, none of the 4 doctors could determine what was wrong with my dog. The condition was initially severe, but a lot of time was lost and due to incorrect medical appointments, the condition of my beloved dog became critical. I can't describe all the pain I'm feeling. When I realized that my dog was only getting worse from the "treatment" of ABC doctors, I went to another clinic, where they diagnosed me in 10 minutes, 10 minutes!!! but she couldn't be saved. It was agony, her heart stopped 4 times, and she struggled during intensive care. My soul doesn't find a place for itself. I must write this comment and prevent the suffering of your dear pets.

And we only paid for the medicine, they didn't charge us for the reception. When they brought a cat with failing kidneys, the doctors did everything they could. Extended life as much as possible. Unlike other clinics, where a huge amount of money was siphoned off from us and dying animals were treated as an unnecessary thing.

It is not diseases that are treated, but their symptoms. They like to talk their teeth with unnecessary and irrelevant information. Perhaps that's why there are such long queues and receptions last so long. In general, if the situation is hopeless, you can go. But it's not a fact that they will help.

Recently, my cat swallowed a rubber band, which caused me serious anxiety. Very worried, I went to the veterinary clinic at night, and I was lucky to get to these two wonderful specialists.

07.04.2024 my parents brought my French bulldog for inspection. according to them: having arrived at the reception, having announced which drugs and what were given to the dog before, what symptoms followed, the doctor, without taking tests, did the drainage procedure (by the way, they did it for the second time (the first one was about a year ago), because there was a problem with the salivary gland) brought for a general check.K. there were symptoms of malaise and to check the condition of the gland (they did an ultrasound of the gland, it was periodically inflamed, an antibiotic + hormone treatment protocol was prescribed) after the procedure, a new antibiotic was introduced, although dad said that another one was prescribed for the dog (we had previously donated blood for a suitable antibiotic), in addition to the antibiotic, two more injections (analgesic and anti-inflammatory) . They ignored the symptoms of weakness of the dog, which were mentioned (bad stool, refused to eat in the morning, itched often, the doctor did not pay attention after that that the sides were scratched) the doctor measured the temperature, said that everything was normal. the tests were not done. we checked the drainage against the background of all the above. Subconsciously, people trust doctors. in a moment of fear for the life of a pet, even more. I am writing a review so that you are always on the lookout first. maybe the clinic itself is not bad. but the doctor who conducted the appointment on 04/07/2024 turned out to be inattentive and incompetent. as a result, my friend became very ill during the day.. by nightfall, he was already breathing heavily, and in the morning on 04/08/2024 they could not save him. he died in a clinic at his place of residence (we specially drove to Grodno, we ourselves live in another city, 100 km away). everything is negative for the tick. we could not understand what was happening until the last moment. because this had never happened to him, one thing was clear — the drugs administered worsened his condition, within a couple of hours he vomited twice after their administration (we were already naturally not in the clinic). we will never know what led to the death, an allergic reaction, the heart failed, all this could have been analyzed if he had been diagnosed before the intervention. all the drugs that were administered on 04/07/2024 aggravated the condition to a fatal outcome. how can you do anything at all without conducting tests and how can you ignore the symptoms! he was overloaded with drugs on the background of weakness. French bulldogs, they are allergic in principle, the doctor should know about this, especially when changing the antibiotic. usually, a hormone was injected when taking it, to exclude allergic reactions and to recover in general (we checked last year's appointment - there was an antibiotic + hormone) this time the doctor said the hormone was not needed, although my dad asked about it and also said about the antibiotic (this information was in the card) everything could have been avoided. in principle, if there is no temperature, why cut the dog and put drainage, especially if he did not eat in the morning and there were reasons to check him. We are not doctors, we come for help. and the doctor, making certain decisions, is simply obliged, first of all, to do all the necessary tests, the blood would at least be able to show high hemoglobin, what coagulability, what red blood cells, etc. we never skimped on our friend.

We arrived at the reception, took a picture of the cat , everything seemed to be fine, but when we paid, we were horrified that we paid for the fact that the doctor was simply present in the room where the X-ray was done , while the cat was kept on its own. When they started asking questions on the topic "how can I pay for a service that was not provided to us", we were told, well, if the doctor was there, then you pay, and I don't care that the doctor didn't do anything. At the same time, I cannot mention the professionalism of the doctors . They go back and forth . Despite the fact that you apply by appointment, there is no customer orientation, just to make money.When the complaint book was published , I was horrified that this clinic did not care about the law on personal data protection. Past records are not covered by anything and everyone has access to your full name , number and address.
No one tried to resolve the conflict , and no one warned that the cat should be kept by a specialist , since you pay for this service .

We got to the doctor Roman Nikolaevich, he looked at the ears simply by gluing tape and then under a microscope, and not inside.
The cat had high blood pressure.
I gave the medicine for the ears with me without specifying what it was (a solution was collected from a dropper bottle, there is a suspicion that the usual saline solution);
It was also written to take tests, I was very surprised that a cat on a HORMONAL drug, without canceling it, needs to take T4 (this is one of the most expensive tests);
Dripping what we were given in this clinic did not get better, after 3 days visiting the clinic on Bolshaya Troitskaya, we were advised to change the drops, since the ears were still very much replenished.
We dripped them one day, and the next day we went back to Troitskaya, looked at the ears inside again, a little pink.
What can I say in summary, in this Vet clinic, the priority is to earn as much money as possible, and not the health of the pet, think very carefully before you take it there.

Queues are like in any clinic, there is an opportunity to make an appointment. The work schedule is changeable. There is a pharmacy.

The male was a rare breed of Ka de bo in our republic, named Lucky. In this regard, Dr. Eliseev suggested that an ultrasound of the heart be performed beforehand in order to avoid complications during surgery. An ultrasound of the heart was done at the Wet Nose clinic and the doctor said, "everything is fine with the heart, you can have surgery. On the day of the operation on December 15, I brought Lucky to the doctor, went up to the second floor and then the work of the "professionals" began. The assistant who was given to Dr. Eliseev to help was most likely the first day at work. I couldn't shave my paw to install a catheter. I had to help her. Dr. Eliseev installed the catheter himself, administered anesthesia, after the prescribed time the dog did NOT fall asleep, then the doctor administered more anesthesia and the dog began to fall asleep after a while, but not as it should be under anesthesia. I understand perfectly well that the doctor had no other answer, no one from the clinic wanted to admit their negligence. I have observed everything I describe with my own eyes. If your dog or other animal needs surgery, THINK many times before contacting this clinic and Dr. Eliseev. The clinic administration apparently considers it a normal practice to teach new staff at the expense of the lives of people's pets. My case is not an isolated one, Dr. Eliseev's dogs periodically die during surgery named Lucky, as the employees of this clinic themselves say.

We went to another clinic, it turned out to be just worms, after one pill everything became OK. And in this clinic, of course, it feels like they just wanted to siphon more money from us.

It does not fit into my head how it was possible to "heal" an absolutely healthy puppy, who was not even a year old yet. 2 weeks of "fortune-telling", appointments by the "method of exclusion", one and a half thousand for treatment and the result is that the puppy was simply euthanized. The explanation is complications from anesthesia! Are you serious? Thank God I didn't have a chance to visit you myself! I won't even trust you with the bonfire of my dog and I'll dissuade people. Unreasonably high prices. A terrible approach. And after reading some reviews at the place of the owner of the above described dog, it is not superfluous to go to court. Maybe it would have saved other animals from your "qualified" doctors.
