A good guest room, everything is simple, but inexpensive. The main thing is that people are good. The hosts are so friendly that after arriving at 7 pm they offered us mint tea with homemade jam and we chatted so much with them that we got up from the sofa in the living room after 10, when grandma called. Khoshchyaeva are intelligent people, a doctor and a philologist, there is something to talk about and listen to.
According to the living conditions, the room is warm, down blankets are also warm, when I showed the owner 1 unflattering review, he said that if it was cold, he could give an additional heater, about the possibility of breakfast, lunch and dinner, 2500 drams is the standard price of any dish in almost any Armenian cafe, not to mention restaurants, so that's the norm, considering your own chickens and homemade cheese, finally in Moscow such eco-products in vkusville can cost 2500 rubles... A good guest house in this area, where it is difficult to find options for Booking. There is no heating in the room yet except for a small radiator, but they promise to install it soon, it was a little difficult to set up a hot water mixer. Very hospitable hosts who treated us to coffee, sweets, and homemade compote. There is a parking space in the courtyard. Close location to Khor Virap with a view of Ararat.

We trusted the reviews on the booking, it was a mistake, the reviews are unreliable. Very low quality housing. The room and bathroom were damp, damp, dirty. We slept in clothes and hats at the end of April. There was nothing in the room except very old beds, not even chairs. The kettle can only be obtained together with the owner and communication with him, which is not necessary for everyone, especially if you are tired from the road. The bed creaked with every movement I made. Breakfast is 2500 Amd. Attention, the composition of the breakfast: 3 eggs, bread, mint tea and that's it!
It was the most expensive 3 eggs in my life and the most terrible night.
The dog is big, it can make you uncomfortable. I am sure that the reviews on booking are customized.
We booked accommodation without booking, therefore, unfortunately, I cannot write a review there.
