We went with friends from football, bought beer there, asked for a menu. I asked the bartenders for 4 cups, a friend had others. We didn't drink anything of our own, the administrator came up, took away the menus from us, which were given by the waiters, to whom there are no complaints at all. The receptionist started saying we can't drink our own, but we didn't start drinking anything, although we were going to) it was a friend's birthday and we had half a bottle of whiskey left, which we thought we would drink there, order food and continue to relax there. We wanted to eat there, in the end because of this attitude: we finished our beer, didn't take anything else there and left. What has the administrator achieved? We did not order food for 150+, we did not sit there for pleasure and we will never come to this place again.

The classic start of the order, two past - we do not have these positions, then why are they in the menu? I asked what I had, and they said everything else. The beer I chose is over!

If the glasses are empty or the menu is viewed and lies on the table, there is no attention. As for me, it would be nice to "divide" the tables between the waiters and pay attention to each guest. Today there was an attempt to spend more than 5 minutes in this institution and it failed miserably.
I booked a table in advance for 2 people for 7 pm. In fact, we recorded and expected at least 7 people and were very surprised where we could be placed by such a mini-company.
They did not come up with anything better than to sit at the farthest table with a bench far from the table level, where it is difficult to accommodate two people.
Force majeure happens, everything is clear, but to walk around the hall to yourself to look for chairs of the right height and beg you to transfer to other vacant seats, which abruptly did not turn out according to the words (and where did the 7 reserved ones go?)
As a result, they left after 5 minutes, no apologies and no attempts to resolve the situation. While we were leaving, they came up to our "table" to play curling iron and its actual purpose became obvious.
According to friends, the burgers are excellent, it's a pity that they didn't work out.

Well, somehow I came up with an idea with a friend to visit most popular places where burgers are served in Minsk. This place was the third in the queue (the queue was taken at random), but it took the first place according to the taste of those where I have already been. I'll start with Burgers. A soft bun, a juicy cutlet (the second cutlet in my burger turned out to be superfluous, very satisfying), a good cherry sauce in the burger I chose and the overall composition left an extremely pleasant impression. The most delicious French fries I've ever tasted. Seasonings with rosemary and sauces of their own production, which go to the choice of potatoes to choose from, make it very tasty + the portions of potatoes themselves are of decent size and served hot, so I can only say one thing about this-gorgeous. I have not tried alcohol from them, but I have tried non-alcoholic lemonades, about which I can only say that they are delicious. Somehow, 10 out of 10 are not weak
