There are enough coaches for any level of your training) I came from scratch and didn't understand anything at all right away, the coach explained everything perfectly and showed me how to do it right. 😅 An undoubted plus is that there are a lot of groups and you can walk both in the morning before work and in the evening after work) And even if you fail to come to class, then you can safely work it out for two months, well, aren't the conditions gorgeous?)
