We had iftar there today with my family , the tip of a ballpoint pen came out on the bread while we were eating.. we called and told them, they just said sorry and passed it by. It's a place we've been going for years, but the tip of a pencil came out on your bread.. it's really incredible... they didn't try to make amends or even apologize.... I said what is the pencil tip doing on the kitchen counter, sorry.... How does it fall ? I'm sorry ? They said that sometimes such things happen.
